What a scammer! Started out great, when I took my phone in to get advice on a dirty charge port. I do landscaping, so my phone gets clogged with dirt. The man was nice enough to clean out the port for me for free, but I was grateful enough to give him $10. Then we had a 10-minute long conversation about my problem and he offered to make a special trip to Getwell to get me a case whose port closes tightly. I paid another $10 in advance. When I came back in to pick it up, he had no memory of any of this, but did find my name written down in his book. He had not gotten the promised case and was now trying to sell me any old thing. Well, I already have an inadequate phone case, don't need another. I asked for the $10 back. He said he didn't have it. After I left, he opened the door and called out that he had lots of cases (none that would solve my problem or I would have gotten one the first time around!). I was glad he cleaned out that port, but obviously I would never go there again.

I would go elsewhere. I had to take my phone back after they had it for over 24 hours and no progress nor communication about the phone status. I couldn't get a return call and finally had to get them to hand the phone back over after losing over a day of waiting for them to do something. ANYTHING. I finally gave up.

DO NOT go to this business for anything. They are running fraudulent business practices. I went there to get a screen repair and a new battery for my little sisters iPhone. When we took the phone home that day the battery would not hold a charge, I contacted Timothy to let him know and took the phone back up there. When I went to pick it up, the 2nd time, the battery still would not hold a charge. He suggested that it was my charger and I should buy one of his $20 chargers. When I took the phone hone I tried SEVERAL iphone chargers that were in good condition, I even went and purchased a new charger from AT&T, the phone still would not charge. I informed him that the phone would still jot charge and per the return policy on their website and their 1 yr warranty, I asked for a refund and he refused. I asked my father to call and we decided to give him another opportunity to fix the faulty battery he put in, now the 3rd time. He ket the phone for 1 1/2 days, when I went to pick the phone up I brought two iPhone chargers with me to try them INSIDE THE SHOP and yet again, the battery would not charge. I asked for a refund for the battery and again he refused to refund and suggested that the chargers were faulty and I should but one of his $20 chargers. I said I did not want a charger snd would like a refund, again he refused to refund the battery or the screen and threatened to call the police on me and my 14 year old sister. TERRIBLE BUSINESS, and Timothy is extremely rude, belittling, and has no customer service etiquette what so ever.

I would NOT give this business one single penny of my money. Thomas Bledsoe is a conniving, manipulative, sorry excuse for a human being. I sold him a pristine iPhone on eBay and he comes back 3 weeks later claiming that it was having startup issues, when ebay closed the case in my favor(because waiting 3 weeks to mention something was a tad sketchy) he then went through PayPal. PayPal allowed him to send the phone back and its COMPLETELY trashed, gouges and scrapes all over it and the phone no longer comes on. Even after I was able to provide proof that the phone was not received in the condition that I sent it, PayPal still refunded his money. So I am out $400+ and have a phone that I can't even resell. What. a. joke. So, I'm here to make sure that everyone that visits this page will know what kind of person they're trusting with their electronics. Thomas Bledsoe is pathetic.
