Amazing customer service and quality work with this family owned business! We drive older model vehicles, and trust them with all our maintenance and repairs. They have kept our old cars running like new, and it gives a great peace of mind knowing they always take care of us honestly. I use them for everything, even minor things like new tires, oil changes, windshield repair …my go to place for everything I need for our cars. They are such a great part of our community and give back in so many ways that I know they’re too humble to talk about… but we see it and that makes me love them all the more! Car repairs are stressful, but when you go in there, you’ll feel like you’re with family and know they’re going to take care of everything.

I've had issues with me AC in my Nissan Frontier. Took it to CARS and now have very cold AC in this horribly hot weather. David advised their was another issue with a hose. The part was ordered (took a little time to get it) dropped my truck off on a Monday and it was ready that afternoon. Carla is a delight to speak with over the phone. Definitely would recommend Chapman Auto Repair Service, CARS. Thanks yall!

Negative 3 since it’s been 3x my daughter took her vehicle back . 3 months later bc duh it takes time to get bs from mechanics to convince her it’s okay for her come back and forth . 3 flights back to Memphis to check on my child. Then 3,888 dollars later still same issue plus a hood broken at the springs. This manager has the nerve to debate me on vocabulary words that are not even related .” We didn’t coerce her” ,I’m like who said that but you .smh. Of course due to systemic plot he immediately says you have an attitude . NO you are conceded, condescending and would NOT know the difference between passion or an advocate. So basically I’ll use acronyms from her on . TMVC, BBB, and DCA. Period now I’m done .When I’m ready to be done.

Called around a couple of repair shops in the area as Nissan was charging me a ridiculous price just to fix my power steering issue. Used the reviews and Chapman had the most positive so I called and spoke with Miss Carly and then Dave. He gave me a quote. I dropped it off on Sunday (they have a key drop box), and he called me on Monday after looking at it. There were two other issues I was unaware of and they were still cheaper than the original quote I received from JK Nissan. Upon going to pick my vehicle up, I was privileged to meet Dan and his mom Miss Carly and we had good conversation. It's rare to find a good honest shop; they have my trust and a new customer!! Go with Chapman Automotive and I PROMISE you won't be disappointed!!

Took car in for repair and got diagnostic, car repair, paid $2k+ with no fuss. 2 days later the car the exact problem reoccured so I returned car and was told they'd look it. A week later, with no phone call, I returned and told it was a transmission and needed a new one. Idk why the diagnostic didn't pick that up or why they fixed something that was not the problem.
