    “I was in great need of a Chicago Bears beanie and this store was referred by a friend! I called at least twice to ensure they had what I needed before driving that distance. When I arrived at the store, Mr. Kevin was so helpful, patient and considerate throughout this interaction. I am not a big sports fanatic but this store made me want to reconsider!
