Had the best experience here today. Liz was so helpful and patient with me . She took her time to make sure all my information was transferred from my old phone to my new one. Will be coming here for now on. She needs a raise for sure! Grate service.

Denied exchange from being sold defective product. 7 day refund on the receipt is not honored. The refund wasn't the issue the issue was being sold a defective product and upon asking for an "exchange" and being denied that I happened to look at the receipt and see that 7 day refund is available but not in this case. Instead being accused of damaging the phone seeking a refund like why would I spend so much money with you just to get it back all I wanted was an exchange. Instead was told to go talk to apple they didn't want to take a loss. Bad business
