Best Customer Service EVER!!!!This team is patient, knowledgeable and helpful.I love this store. Won’t ever go to any other, unless i move out of the city. The manager Lou is awesome and his team. (Juan and the ladies) They all work really well together to care for the needs of their customers.

Walked in looking for a Samsung galaxy for my son.and Lou provided phenomenal customer service from the time I walked in the door .he made sure I got everything I needed for my son before walking out the door this was my second time coming to this location and will not be the last way to go Lou keep up the good work.

I got my phone a few months ago n had health issues n am late In giving my review. Lou was the Best I ever had in getting mobile service Ever. From any provider. Professional, Patience, Extreme knowledge n compassion, too many to mention, but me being a Senior it meant so much to me. Taught me a lot in using my new phone. Was referred by a relative to go to Hwy 64, Bartlett Tn, all other employees Helpful also. Lou is an Excellent asset to your Company. Have n will refer others to this location.

No matter where I am located in the Mid-South area, I always do business with the Cricket Wireless (All in 1 Wireless) at 8230 US Hwy 64 across from the Wolfchase Mall. The Sales Rep(s) there are always great and courteous and efficient. That being said, I want to give a big shout out to Lou, he was Exceptional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I was also impressed with the patience he displayed with the customer he was waiting on before me. Great customer service will always keep me loyal!

I love Cricket. I have been with them forever. I went into the store to file a claim. I was helped by Lou and Arianna. Bother were nice and accommodating. As I was talking to the claims adjuster, Lou was obviously listening to the conversation,( Awesome.) He heard me repeat having to print out, fill out and upload the form. Before I was done talking to the adjuster, he was there with the form. I filled it out and he uploaded everything for me. He anticipated my needs and made the process easier. That is what I call Customer Service. Thank you.
