While the pharmacy may need some organizational improvements, such as clearer signage and streamlined check-in processes, the overall customer experience is positive. The staff, like Michael and TERESA, are described as super nice, personable, and willing to go above and beyond to assist customers, even ensuring they receive all available discounts.
Despite occasional confusion with the layout and procedures, CVS Pharmacy is valued by the community for its convenient location and friendly, helpful service.
My husband and I just got our yearly flu and COVID vaccinations at CVS at Kirby Whitten/Stage in Bartlett. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The pharmacist was very nice and friendly. I would recommend getting your vaccines yearly, and getting them at this CVS.

The pharmacy manager was very friendly & helpful. Answer all our questions and explain everything about the shot and when we should make our next appointment. I was in retail for 40 years and would hire him in a management position in a minute. David A Davis

The other CVS didn’t have my grandson asthma medicine and I called the CVS on stage and they got it ready extremely fast and I was able to give it to him and now he’s feeling better
