The staff, like Michael and TERESA, are described as super nice, personable, and willing to go above and beyond to assist customers, even ensuring they receive all available discounts. Despite occasional confusion with the layout and procedures, CVS Pharmacy is valued by the community for its convenient location and friendly, helpful service.
The other CVS didn’t have my grandson asthma medicine and I called the CVS on stage and they got it ready extremely fast and I was able to give it to him and now he’s feeling better

So...let's just say the pharmacy has good days and bad days. My last experience was a good one. There was no waiting in line and the transaction flowed well. I gave 4 rating because they are not consistently good. Otherwise, they are much better than the one that closed, at Covinton Pike and Stage Rd.

Great, I don't have insurance, and my meds are very expensive and very much needed. The pharmacist found the best coupon service, like Good RX, which saves me hundreds every time.
