Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't allow 0. I'm not even sure why this place is open; I sat in the drive-thru midday and nothing ever happened. Just shut it down and go find jobs that pay hourly for incompetence.

I can't rate negative or I would. Horrible service with pharmacy tech!!! If you do not want to work and serve people, stay home. You guys were the ones that lied about when a prescription would be ready after a 4.5 hour wait. CVS.. realize help is hard to find, but the attitudes of some of your people are horrible. After years of doing business with CVS, Walgreens is a better option hopefully!

Went inside store to the pharmacy to pick up prescription and was told it would be expedited and to have a seat. One other person was ahead of me and one behind me. No one ever called our names so after 45 minutes I walked back to the counter. Seems all off our prescriptions had BEEN ready just no one told us. I asked the cashier why no one called us and she just gave me a stupid blank stare. I didn't have the patience to talk to a manager so I just got my prescription and left.

By far the slowest location you can ever visit. Had an appointment to get a COVID 19 test at 11am. It is now 11:40 and I've been in this line for over an hour waiting for something that should only take about 5 minutes. You HAVE to make an appointment, but they don't keep to your appointment time. Wouldn't recommend this location for anyone who has anything to do in a day,

Drive-thru is very slow waited 30 minutes behind someone else in the line and never moved. Staff seems like they don't wanna help you . corporate needs to step in or you gonna lose all your business with this place

Had to request my prescription 2 times. They lost the info I gave them the 1st time. 2nd time they wanted 200$ for eyedrops that I could get at EyeRx in Nashville for 60$ (including shipping cost). Needless to say, I am changing pharmacies.

I have gotten the same medication each month for years. I do not miss. Tonight I found out they were holding my prescription because they were out. Pharmacist told me they could not notify me they were out of my medication, blamed his pharmacy manager for the ordering, and then hung up on me. This is not the first time I have received awful customer service from this CVS.

This is the most frustrating CVS. I haven't had issues with other CVS' living in Memphis, Utah, Texas... but this one is maddening. You can't get a straight answer out of anyone you speak to. My providers and doctors office will call and just get as frustrated as I do. The low star review for this CVS is so accurate and I usually give a business a chance regardless of their "stars" but this is the exception. Covid or not. The people you talk to not only untrained and unprofessional but inconsiderate and disrespectful. My doctors office is well aware and has sent complaints to CVS' corporate center before I was ever a patient. Other CVS techs laugh when I told them I'm struggling with this specific CVS. It's nothing new, apparently. Their reputation is so awful. I don't care if it's 24 hours, don't do it it's not worth the stress.

I had a problem there with the pharmacy talked to the pharmacy manager today asked him to look in to the problem and he hung the phone up on me and is trying to cover up the problem I called cvs head office and they will fix them problem and going to talk to them I wont be back I will use walgreens from now on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! UNREAL! Worst cvs I never be to! Watch 2 pharmacist engaged in a personal conversation in front of me while putting callers on hold one after the other. Was told 3 times by cvs that they contacted my child's doctor for info about her meds. When I asked what number they called the number was wrong! But you was blaming her doctor for not returning calls. Shame on you. No one likes your store! Why don't you care enough to do something? Not ever going back that's for sure. Not one review site has positive reviews. Shame, shame, shame
