Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Terrible service on the phone. They communicate poorly, they don’t care if you waste your time. They don’t care. Spend your money somewhere else and let them close the store

Terrible. Incredibly slow. 2 lanes but the second lane is apparently only closed when I try to use it. Hour wait is actually a 6 hour wait.

I don't know what the qualifications are for employment at a pharmacy but some of the people employed at this location show it's not much. Only the pharmacist and maybe one other pharmacy tech that I've encountered seems qualified to work there. One called me today like she didn't want to assist me. What was the purpose in calling if you didn't feel like helping me? Being rude at work is ridiculous. I'm a CSR and I don't behave that way so I don't want it in return. The lady was very unprofessional and seemed like she didn't want to be at work. I haven't had my migraine medicine in two months because they don't know how to input the prescription savings with the insurance. The line is always long and slow probably because no one seems to know what they're doing. Today was literally the last straw transferring our pharmacy immediately. Hopefully the Arlington location is better. Maybe follow up training is necessary for the employees at this location on customer service as well as systems training.

It would be nice if the pharmacy could get your prescription filled right I’m seriously considering changing to a pharmacy that can get it right try calling them but you get hung up in voicemail jail and nobody really calls you back THIS PLACE SUCKS 🤬🤬

Young lady at the window very rude. I repeated my information 3x and told the pharmacist 1x. She Closes the window while you are talking to her. Very sad, management should train.

MinuteClinic at this location is terrible! WalkIns are prioritized over people with appointments. Both visits had to wait over 90 minutes after appointment time. The walk-ins waitlist is shameful!

They too were out of Ozempic like every other pharmacy. They (pharmacy staff) were kind enough to notify the provider.

Been waiting for a prescription for 7 days. I call today and am told to pick up in an hr. I pick up at the time told. Happens that the prescription is not ready, I let the lady know I was told it will be ready within an hr. A lady behind her yells " no I didn't. I told you to call back in an hr !" . I didn't wanna have an argument with her. I drove away. No wonder why they always hiring , instead of quantity, they should have quality. They need to step up their customer service. Never going back to them again.

I try really hard to be patient with them and any CVS right now because of how understaffed they are and there is one pharmacist (I believe her name is Chrissy/Christy) who is very sweet and you can tell is running around like crazy trying to keep up. However today I got the most aggressive person on the phone who was badmouthing me to others in the clinic in the background while still on speaker with me. I was trying to find out if my medicine was in stock because it usually has to be ordered and it can take up to a week to get in. I don't have to fill it til Tuesday but making sure they have it because it can't be ordered over the weekend. She said she couldn't tell me anything and it was scheduled. I wasn't asking to fill it just to make sure they have it. She cut me off and wouldn't let me explain and said it's too soon if you have nothing else I'm hanging up. I have PTSD and Chronic pain and I don't deal well without my meds and with people who treat me like I'm a nuisance because of trying to make sure my stuff is handled. Please show more compassion and don't assume the worst.

Prescription is never ready! They don't acknowledge you when you walk up. Been getting alerts to come pick medicines. Talk to a lady yesterday gave me a price and now I'm here to pick up my medicines and the rude Pharmist (female) tells me she doesn't see one ready. Just sad!!!
