Prescription is never ready! They don't acknowledge you when you walk up. Been getting alerts to come pick medicines. Talk to a lady yesterday gave me a price and now I'm here to pick up my medicines and the rude Pharmist (female) tells me she doesn't see one ready. Just sad!!!

Used to be one of the better pharmacies, but things have really gone down. Several times, I have gone inside to pick up prescriptions and had to watch employees answer calls, fill prescriptions, and attend to drive-thru customers without even acknowledging the line of customers in the store! This happened to me today. On top of that, the employee who finally waited on an older gentleman and I (AFTER being asked by another pharmacy associate) was rude! He told both of us, "It's gone ask yall if yall want a receipt." Then walked off without waiting for a response. AND, they still missed one of my prescriptions (which I only noticed once I got home, so now I have to go back up there). I need CVS to pick a struggle- either have poor customer service OR poor organization. Don't have both!!!Update 8/24/23- I have been in line for 20 minutes...waiting to get my prescription. This is ridiculous!

Whoever was the nurse practitioner. A lady with braids and of African American. She is very unprofessional. She rushed me out and said she doesn't have time to be here all day. You guys have to get better staff medical

I’ve had a bad experience at CVS today compared to when I first arrived. I came for an appointment Sunday and I didn’t have to do a computer check in. When I come for a follow up visit, I lost my appointment due to having to wait in line and fill out the same paperwork I filled out at the first visit and it booted me out the system as it was over ten minutes from my appointment time. This was not specified the first time. Although I had a good nurse practitioner who assisted me with an appointment elsewhere to make up for it. This was the most inconvenient thing ever.

I try really hard to be patient with them and any CVS right now because of how understaffed they are and there is one pharmacist (I believe her name is Chrissy/Christy) who is very sweet and you can tell is running around like crazy trying to keep up. However today I got the most aggressive person on the phone who was badmouthing me to others in the clinic in the background while still on speaker with me. I was trying to find out if my medicine was in stock because it usually has to be ordered and it can take up to a week to get in. I don't have to fill it til Tuesday but making sure they have it because it can't be ordered over the weekend. She said she couldn't tell me anything and it was scheduled. I wasn't asking to fill it just to make sure they have it. She cut me off and wouldn't let me explain and said it's too soon if you have nothing else I'm hanging up. I have PTSD and Chronic pain and I don't deal well without my meds and with people who treat me like I'm a nuisance because of trying to make sure my stuff is handled. Please show more compassion and don't assume the worst.

I would not recommend CVS any longer. This was the pharmacy to go when you needed things quick. They used to treat the customers with respect and a smile. Now, they seem like they don’t care. This falls back on corporate. It’s sad.

Wow! Visiting this location means you’ll be treated like a person, not a customer. I stopped by the clinic for a strep test on 3/16/23 and the nurse practitioner was very personable and really cared about my safety. She ensured I had the tools I needed to care for myself after the visit considering I’m 39 weeks pregnant and can’t take the normal sinus meds as that was the issue vs strep. She inquired about my care team and explained the importance of staying on top of those interactions for specific things. She was great!Also, at checkout at the front, the cashier was very personable and helpful. She helped me find what I was looking for quickly, and built rapport in the process.Everyone was friendly and helpful beyond what you’d expect in some retail stores. Currently trying to figure out how to switch my prescription history and future prescriptions to CVS.
