Had to deal with a complicated process of returning a Postage Machine.
As soon as I got in touch with Dex, they made it easy to understand and gave me steps to get this return done.
I'm never suprised, I alway get good service from Dex.

We have been with Dex Imaging for several years. We have been leasing a piece of equipment from them. We have contacted them several times to get information on either buying out the equipment or returning it. They never had an answer for us and then stated they would get the information but never did return emails or calls on it. I called the company that we had the lease through to get the information. They stated that the sent the information to Dex on July 13th. It is July 25th and I have yet to hear back from them on this. Thankfully the company we have the lease through emailed me the information I needed even though that is against their usual policy. We will NEVER go through Dex Imaging again and highly advise any one else using them for their office equipment needs.

0 stars is not an option. Read the fine print if you are planning on leasing from DEX's leasing company. Or ask this question, How much will it cost to return my devices once my lease agreement is completed. The Leasing company is charging me over $400 to ship a printer back and $200 for another printer. This is after I have paid my monthly lease for 5 years. The value of the two 5 year old printers is less than the cost to ship them back.

Trying to get service is near impossible with these guys. The "4 hour window" is false. They never show up when they say they will. They spend the entire service talking on the phone. They do a bare minimum of what needs to be done to fix a machine. Then they say they have to leave for another call, but spend a half hour or more in the parking lot so their GPS says they are still "working". Not to mention how difficult it can be to place a service call to begin with. Many times we have had to postpone production and risk losing work because of Dex.
