Worst realtor ever. My home appraised for 300k in November. I put 10k in repairs in March. In July I received 220k. Three different buyers backed out and I never saw any earnest money. One potential buyer even left a POD in my driveway and changed all utilities to her name, when she backed out I had to pay deposits. Seller's beware.

When my husband and I decided to buy a home, I did a google deep dive to find a realtor to work with and every review seemed to point to Marix. I was so impressed with his responsiveness and patience with us. We had a hard time finding what we were looking for but Marix was diligent in finding out information when we asked and providing suggestions for things we overlooked. When we finally found a home, he stayed on top of things all the way to closing and made sure we were always in the know. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and expertise as well as his laid back demeanor that made us feel comfortable pursuing a home that fit our needs, without any pressure to buy homes that didn’t. Faith Riser was our agent on this sale. She did an outstanding job in helping us close this sale in a hurry. She took it upon herself to handle many of the things we needed in a hurry, such as the home inspection and an issue with the air conditioner. She also kept the deal on track when the seller made a ridiculous counter offer. She brought the sale in at exactly the price we wanted. I am keeping her number and plan on using her in the future.

If you listen to the radio you’ve probably heard the commercials for Donnie Morrow to buy or sale your home. I recently worked with Donnie and he was nothing short of spectacular when helping me sale my home. I’ve worked with several good realtors over the years in buying and selling but Donnie was the best. He was always available, provided consistent communication, his market knowledge is second to none and was always courteous and professional. His years of experience helped guide me through some tricky areas that would have taken me countless hours and money to navigate. I bought a home in November 2023 and I used Marix Hughes as my real estate agent. I was referred to him by my boss, who also used him. She bragged on him, so I thought I'd give him a try. He was very kind and patient with me during the process! He even took me to one house twice even though I could not afford it. He also did research on the house and recommended that I not buy that particular one because of prior water damage. He was always there on time whenever I wanted to look at a house. When we found the right one for me....he followed me through the whole process! Marix is excellent at his job and makes you feel like you are his ONLY client! I don't have a brother, but if I did I'd want him to be just like Marix.....yes, he is that kind of guy! He even left me welcoming gifts on my porch for my move in date! Marix is a "one stop shop" in my opinion and I would recommend him to anyone proudly and with confidence, knowing he will treat them the same as he did myself and my boss! Simply put.....he's the BEST!!!
