Placed an order for a ride on Wednesday to pick up Monday. Get a phone call mid Monday morning that Enterprise has no cars. Don't expect to have any before Wednesday. Why would your website offer rentals if they aren't available?

I usually use the enterprise on highway 64 and that’s where I’ll be going back to. My insurance company reserved a regular sized car for me, I called and asked if the car was ready and was told yes. I paid for an Uber but when I get there I’m told there is no such thing as a regular sized car. If there is no such thing why was that an option for my insurance company to reserve? So I had to contact my insurance company to get them to go up on the daily price allotted for my rental. So the guy at the counter told me someone had went to the shop to pick up a dodge charger for me because that was the only car they had available for me to rent. I sat there for over a hour waiting for a car that never came. When he asked his female coworker where the car was she replied “I don’t know, I don’t work at the shop.” So a lady pulled up returning a Toyota Camry and the guy hands me the keys saying that was my only option. The car was FILTHY!! He claimed they couldn’t clean it because the washer was broken. I will NEVER utilize this location again.

Mr. Sean Robinson was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate when I arrived to this location to pick up a rental. He was able to accommodate me in a timely manner when the initial car I received was not up to standards. Very understanding, I see why he was chosen as manager in training. I was very satisfied with the customer service. I will be using enterprise again in the future.

I had booked a rental for a day due to having my car in the shop. I chose to book at the location closest to me, however, got a call back that they did not have one available. They stepped up and contacted this branch on Stage Road, who sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to the office. Jacob said he would make sure I had a car! Although, though they had no small compacts, they put me in an SUV for the same price...just to make sure I had transportation to get to work. They were awesome!

Wouldn't accept a license with legal military exemption, didn't actually have the car we reserved. Charged us extra since they didn't reserve our car. Employees didn't even try to help our situation.Cars were dented in the lot.Would not recommend this location, there's other locations nearby that have to be better.

I dropped my car off on 08/07/2023. Everyone was so helpful and everything went so smoothly! Sean Robinson went above and beyond for me to make sure I had EVERYTHING I needed! Thank you Sean! I will be back for any of my rental needs!

Customer service was excellent!!! The lady that did my check in Sadio was very pleasant and helpful and the guy that did the drop was also very pleasant and helpful!!! I never knew about this location but I’m so happy I found them!!! Definitely will be a returning customer in the future.

UPDATE: 06/07/23...I am still waiting to hear from someone to assist me with this issue. I emailed my information and still have not heard from anyone.***********************************I would give this review 0 stars if i could but I had the worse experience at Enterprise Rental, the 5771 Stage Rd location. Service King was repairing my vehicle and the insurance company rented me a vehicle until mine was finished. Service King told me that I could leave the keys to the rental with them and they would have someone to come pick it up. This was on a Friday and Service King associates indicated that the car sat until Monday morning. Someone from Enterprise *they dont know who) came to Service King to get the rental but somehow the car never made it back to Enterprise. They charged my credit card indicating that I never returned the vehicle on time, when Service King called them SEVERAL times while i was standing at the desk and told them they had already given them the keys two weeks prior to them calling me. I have tried to call everyone, including the area manager and customer service. No one has called me back nor refunded my money. Service King associates contacted the store manager and i think the district manager and asked them to locate the vehicle using the GPS. They said they would licate it using the GPS but as of today, no one has reached out to me about it. I do not understand why the vehicle was not checked back in and how does a whole bright colored car come up missing?! My family and I have been customers for over 20 years and this is the first time I have had this type of experience. This was arranged by the insurance company. This was the first time I rented from this location. I normally do not go to this location. I will not rent from Enterprise again and neither will my family or friends.

4 times I went to pick up a reserved rental, and all 4 times, they didn't have anything even though I had a confirmation as well. Bartlett, on stage road's manager, lied and implied I was trying to commit fraud with my company's discount code. The assistant manager gave me a totally different story when picked up a more expensive rental. The lady at Covington Pike was incredibly rude, not to mention I walked 3 miles to get there and 3 milesto walk back home. She told me I shouldn't have waited so late to reserve a vehicle, that's why nothing was available. I asked why on the phone they reserved something you didn't have ?

I had an amazing experience with enterprise. The customer service was amazing and has made me a repeat customer. I had accidentally made the reservation at the location on 64 but they took care of me anyway and honored my USAA discount. I highly recommend this location.

On April 4th, my husband picked up an Audi Q5 from the Bartlett Stage location with an inspection due light on. On April 8th, around 12:30 PM the vehicle cut off on us while driving down Covington Pike. We were able to get the vehicle towed through Enterprise’s roadside assistance. Although inconvenienced, we decided that we would wait on our vehicle to be finished because we were advised that our repairs would be completed on April 11th. However, the repair shop advised that our repairs would be completed the following week. We reached out to Enterprise and spoke to Robin and she informed us that we could pick up a new vehicle before the store closed but we were unable to do so. So today, April 12th my husband went to pick up the new rental and was advised that he was unable to do so because (1) all vehicles were spoken for and (2) they needed to find the location of the vehicle. I’m not sure where the communication fell apart but the issues started when they decided to rent a vehicle that needed service and in no way, shape, or form are they taking accountability or assisting us in getting a new rental vehicle.

I made a last minute reservation at this location because my Alamo reservation fell through. When I arrived, they didn’t have the car I wanted. Robin Jackson was super helpful and found a car at another location nearby. Thank you for getting me on my way.
