If I could give this company a Zero star I would. Why make a reservation if they are too irresponsible to know they have absolutely NO more cars left. What’s the point!? It’s a waste of time and gas. This business made me drive to an airport to pick up a car and found out they closed earlier than it said. Why would you close 5 hours earlier, when you made a specific time to pick up a car and they approved it. Not to mention THIS location, gave us a reservation and even gave us a specific car to go pick up, then wait in a line. Just to find out they are out of rentals when there are cars on the lot. Waste of money and not worth your time.

Do not do business with the location on highway 64. They use strong arm and muscle tactics to collect deductibles for supposed damages. I was overcharged nearly $200. I received a letter saying I wad owed a refund and never received it. When I went in I was met with attitude and discontent.

The brakes was all the way down to the metal and the car was dirty. Don’t think I will rent from that Enterprise again.

The employees at Enterprise were absolutely amazing. We rent vehicles fairly often and I must say this was the best experience we have ever had! Bryce was excellent, we will 100% rent from Enterprise again for our future rentals.

In Memphis, this is the Enterprise I would use!First, while professional, i was treated like family. The lady that answered the phone insisted that I not walk in the cold and coordinated a pick up.The rental process was smooth and the car was actually clean.I was dropped off promptly to the dealership when my car was ready.Literally the best customer service from everyone i met ?I would go the distance to use them again.

The customer service at this location sucks. Jacob was like dealing with eeyore. He didnt really want to show the car he just hit it from inside the building. I like to start the vehicle to see how it sounds and cant do that with the keys inside. I had an issue with the size of the vehicle and I had to call the insurance for an upgrade. The small suv that I did pick smelled horrible on the inside. I left it on the lot and called other Enterprise locations to see if any suvs were available.I went back to this location and Jacob said he had other customers. Then in comes Bryce with great customer service. Very helpful and informs the customer about everything. Thank tou Bryce you made my experience at Enterprise better because if I hadn't talked to you it would have been 1 stars.

I rented a car from Enterprise to take a trip to see family for Thanksgiving and I was really pleased with the price and service I received from them I would choose them again for all my rental cars

My car was in the shop so I got a rental from enterprise on Stage.I wish I could remember the young man’s name who helped me but the process was fast and easy and he was very helpfulMy battery wouldn’t start in the rental and they got me a new one right away. Very quick no waiting, very professional and I will definitely rent from them again

Car reeked of cigarette smoke. Oil change alert light was on. Other malfunction lights came on. Had to switch cars because of flat tire. I was charged a daily rate, after returning vehicle, instead of the weekly rate in the original agreement. Haven't been able to get much help with solving this issue from the manager or customer service.
