Heather, the store manager, at this location is wonderful. My husband and I have used this storage location over the years off and on. Though we are not customers at the moment, she still executed a task for me! I asked Heather if she could assist me with a copy of ledgers for ALL of the years that we'd been there for tax purposes. She went over and beyond and completed this task effectively and efficiently AND with a good attitude! With there being a recent snow storm I was not able to pick them up so she not only copied them for us to pick up but for the safety of our family, opted to email them to me. Thanks again Heather!! I will always refer this location!!
