I had a relatively small, but extremely heavy piece of equipment to ship back to the manufacturer. Staff opened the door for me (wheew!), and quickly determined what they needed to get it shipped. It was a super reasonable cost, too! What a relief!! I've been worrying about this for over a month, and that was so quickly managed!I'd tried packing it myself, but it was messy and I was very concerned about the safety of the item. So, I went ahead and took it to the FedEx office. It wasn't that busy, despite being right around 5, and soon Devin helped me. He weighed it, measured it, and determined what kind of box would work (a large one cut down as it turns out!), and very quickly I was checking out. I was very impressed, pleased, thankful, and relieved. Devin gave me the receipt with the tracking number, and said I was good to go! I'm sure the staff will make sure the item gets safely to its destination!

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with STORE Manager Kisha's conduct at your FedEx Office on US-64, Bartlett, TN 38133, a couple of days ago. During my visit, KISHA displayed a passive-aggressive and mean attitude, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere. This behavior from a STORE manager is unacceptable and needs attention.I urge you to address this issue promptly to ensure a more positive and customer-friendly atmosphere at your establishment.

This store used to be so good, but if they are in a rush lately, most associates including management will talk condescending to you. I guess all good things come to an end!Good thing most of my orders are UPS. #Sigh

Kisha, the manager at this FedEx office, was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes and gave me a dismissive look, rushing me out when I needed help. The service was appalling—I'm shocked by her behavior. I've decided I'll never visit this FedEx office again.What is up with her?!?

Sent an important package overnight and it was not delivered as promised. Was denied a refund after being charged 71 bucks. I will never use FEDUP again!!!!

Kimberly was welcoming as soon as anyone entered the door. Devin was helpful and another lady was kindly assisting others. My barcode was not working and they worked as a team to help me & kept the line moving. Thanks for good customer service.

The two ladies who closed this location on 10/11/22 shutdown the store early. The lady with the bad wig was rude, per usual, and acted dumbfounded that I was in the store through an open door before an 8pm closing. Please hire staff that actually want to work.
