I got off work and decided to come for my pickup order before they closed at 8:00, as it says online and on the door. I get there at 7:20, and they already closed down lol. I called and no answer.

Went in to the store to purchase the new set of pokemom cards, the guy told me they were all out but there were employees opening pokemom packs on the sales floor. Do not shop here if you are a collector, as it seems there are some shady things going on.

I purchase a warranty with every game. The one time I need a replacement for my purchase,,,,none in stock near or on website. So now in store management & customer service says nothing can be done. Wow ,,,,I guess a warranty isn’t a warranty with Game Stop,,,,,

The lady on the phone sounded nonchalant (today 11:30am). Wasn’t a pleasant speaking experience. I was calling to quote PS5 and seek help with questions on another game. I’m eating at a IHOP near by so called the closest store. I’ll try another game stop ? and hope for a better experience. Walmart didn’t have the game the kids wanted.
If you look at my history of reviews…I normally give 4-5 stars. People spending that kind of money one should offer friendly conversations when answering your questions. Customer service skills are important.

It's just awkward and sad going in this place. Not that any other of your locations are any better. The selection sucks. The used games are always in the worst boxes. And the employees hover sooooo much. Quit with the poor attempts at sales pitches for an upsell. You already look miserable trying to talk to any given person in the store. But ya know? It might help to hire people who can make eye contact and aren't afraid of social interaction. Might also be a good idea to hire people with better hygiene. The customers might be less grossed out and more willing to say yes.Oh. And your prices have been a joke forever. What's been a meme longer? Your trade in offers or your stock?

Nice employees who are very knowledgeable about video games but unfortunately are overworked and undervalued. Another corporation that can't figure it out, and that will cost them their business

So I visited this location regularly and normally have a good experience but today was awful. Store associate Alex ( according to my receipt her employee id is 657494) had the worst attitude I have ever gotten from a gamestop employee. She act like ever question asked was a problem. She was not knowledgeable about any of the upcoming game. I've been a Gamestop pro member since 2011. Once I pick up my pre order from this location I will not be shopping there as long as she is there.
