I’m a regular Hollywood Feed customer, but my visit on November 16th was extremely disappointing. The two older senior blonde female employees looked directly at me when I entered but did not greet me or offer any help, while they immediately greeted and assisted other customers who looked like them. Their selective and dismissive behavior created an uncomfortable, biased atmosphere.
A younger male employee eventually helped me when he came from the back, but the actions of those two women came across as discriminatory and completely unacceptable for your store and left a bad taste.

I come to this location on a regular basis due to my dog’s pickiness with food and the moment Blake heard about it, he made sure I left with something my pup would enjoy. I was skeptical, but I haven’t seen him eat this consistent ever. I can truly say he helped in so many ways from my dog’s interest to my wallet. That is what you call great customer service!

Our dog needed something to help his appetite. The clerk was attentive, gave great advice and carried the dog food to the car.

I always have what I need in the store and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products anytime I have a question or need something. All I have to do is ask and they know exactly what I’m looking for for a pet family of five dogs and one cat. This is very needed.

Very rude to pets and owners should not even be a pet store. I'm never shopping at this particular feed store again. Bartlett tn location.

I get dog and cat food here, quick in quick out. In the two minutes it takes I was approached by 5 different employees if I wanted help or to buy some recommend product. It's getting out of hand. Make your employees run checkout stations again instead of making me do self check out and your workers won't be so bored.
