I had the worse experience here. I did not schedule this location for one but I was switched to this location for some odd reason I get a call stating the location I did my appointment at wasn’t available but I was given the option to choose that location instead I was switched to this one without asking me if it was another location I would like to go to instead. I get here 2 of the reps are so busy loud talking and gossiping just unprofessional I started why I was there instead of one of them helping me they sent me to the oldest rep I’ve ever seen Mr Chuck he looked to be a good 70years old just so they could continue talking. He was rude lazy refused my gas receipts car insurance took off my dependent and refused to put me down as head of household. Everything I said he debated. Pretty much nothing I brought in was reciprocated He was hard of hearing so I had to discuss all my personal information loudly almost to the point of screaming and it made it no better that the 2 ladies were talking just as loud which I didn’t understand because they were sitting right next to each other. Long story short I left here owing instead. I will never advise anyone to go to this location my entire experience was so bad I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to any location

Literally checked my mailbox this morning & received a letter that someone from this particular store is trying to steal my daughter's identity! I filed with this store last year & had issues with one of H&R block employees receiving ALL OF OUR INFORMATION & they blamed it on a problem with their system. Got my taxes 3 months late. But the employee got the refund & loan offered first. Before me receiving the ACTUAL refund late in July. (I FILED IN FEB 23) NOW, I RECEIVE A LETTER STATING THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET HEALTHCARE INSURANCE FOR THEIR CHILD IN MY CHILD'S NAME? Count your days H&R block. This will NOT go overlooked. AUTHORITIES WILL NOW BE INVOLVED

PLEASE DO NOT FILE WITH H&R block. After providing H&R with all proper documentation. H&R filed the tax return and received the refund. They then took out their portion of the refund. They then sent a direct deposit a month later to my bank with an incorrect name. I then had to return to H&R twice to submit a request for paper check 2 weeks later. When I received the mailed paper check, the name was still incorrect and couldn’t be cashed. Now 2 more weeks has passed and told we have to mail in a form along with the bad check. They will do nothing to correct their errors made. They will only give you the “run around” and tell you to resubmit info that have you provided.
