Horrifying experience yesterday with 2 of the employees ganging up on me with verbal abuse and unprovoked altercations on a lone black woman, who had the audacity to question a caucasian man's inaccurate information he put in my tax return. I disagreed with some things he had put on my return so he took it personal and became unglued, loud, defensive and cantankerous. Thankfully Warren, another HR BLOCK employee (more level headed than this Harvill character in my opinion and observations) rescued me from them ganging up on me an a highly antagonistic fashion presence of several customers. I was not provided with the entire copy of my 2023 return for my records eventhough I paid HR BLOCK $341!!!

Mr. David Harvill was by far the best tax expert we've ever filed with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. We had a semi complex case this year and he flew through every line item with ease and confidence. We will only return to see Mr. Harvill in the future.

I go here every year. Never had a problem. My tax pro is always nice and helpful. She makes sure I understand everything before we go forward. She asks if I have any questions and is always really nice when explaining things to me. I will definitely be doing my taxes again next year with her.

I go to H&R Block because they make sure that I get all my taxes. Mrs. Kala is amazing. She takes care of all of my taxes needs. She is the best tax prep there.
