Would not buy a hypertech programmer again. I bought it a few years ago and recently the truck had a code and the programmer would not read it. Called them multiple times and have been waiting for roughly 3 months now and it is still not fixed. The product is advertised to read codes but it obviously doesn't which is false advertising.

Hypertech LIES to their customers and DOES NOT honor their written word when it comes to warranties. Mark Heffington has created a corporate culture strewn with lies, and a lack of integrity, and does not stand behind his products, or his written word. I bought a programmer back in 2005, and still own the same truck it was installed on. I still have the original receipt. The programmer has been stored in its box in my house since i bought it. I attempted to re-install th

I purchased a hypertech 3400 speedometer calibrator for my 2018 ram. I completed the update then tried to calibrate the speedometer and TPMS. The calibrator would not give the options to do so, so I called tech support. The fella was no help, told me the product won't do what is advertised and hung up. Poor customer service and I do not reccomend the product because it did not work at all.

Just bought a 3200 for my 2020 Polaris rzr xp4 1000. Like a whole different machine.i have a daughter with special needs so wanted the temp control because I live in AZ and it gets hot. Being able to set it the way you want it is key. Great job! Being able to control the rev and speed limiter is great. I upgraded to an EPI performance clutch and with the Hypertech tuner she is one fast machine. I run the 91 Octane tune and that is plenty.

I got the spectrum max energy 3000 for my 2017 Silverado. Performed the update to the tuner as directed by the instructions, because it would not work, and the tuner still doesn't work. Will not tune my truck and have had no response from tech support after four days now! update 9/15/2020 after talking with hypertech, they took care of my issues and the tuner works great. couldn't be happier!

Bought a hypertech max for my 2005 Chevy Express van to just wake it up a bit and get better climbing power and overall better drive. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. And also has different options for tuning when I lift it and change gears. Awesome product!!

I've purchased a hypertech energy max programmer for my 2006 Chevy Silverado. I had problems installing it with code 7E. I tried several times with no success with pulling fuses, you name it. So I call the so called tech support, Gary with NO help at all, plus he has a little attitude, not friendly at all!! The information he was giving me was no different from the hypertech website or the programmer instructions. I got so frustration with it and was going to return it for a full return. So I called a bubby of mines and he help me with success! Now I have a problem with my Viper alarm not working at all after the installation. Again I called the so called ruded tech support Gary about my alarm is not working, and he was NO help at all! ?

I bought a Hypertech speedometer calibrator several years ago for $229. i recently totaled my truck and do not have access to reset unit to stock. The so called tech support wants me to provide a receipt of purchase, a total loss statement as well as $50 to use on my new car. Keep in mind the vin # from my old car is stored in the unit as proof that I was the owner. i would rather go spend double on a unit from a competitor than give them 1 penny for this scam. Outrageous way of doing business.

This company is simply a disgrace! I ordered products from them 39 days ago and they still have not arrived despite stating on their website that they would be delivered within 7 days! I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait until the product is delivered and then I would have to return it to receive the refund! At the rate they are going that could be another 3 months. They just keep sending the same pre scripted email response which is so unhelpful. Would not touch this company with a barge pole if I were you!

I recently purchased and installed an interceptor unit for my 2013 Durango RT. Immediately after install the vehicle began to run codes, rough start and disabled remote start. The code being read turned out to be a air temp sensor code(which the programmers harness plugs into directly) so I contacted tech support via email and attempted to explain my situation and hoped for a solution. After two days of going back and forth with no explanation I was given a number to attempt

Customer support is a joke. Called for info on a chip that was installed by previous owner in a 88 Chevy truck I purchased. My symptoms are it's running extremely rich. Guy told me that the chip was wrong for my application. By your website the chip is for a 92.... this I already knew. I wanted to know the difference between what I should have vs what I do have. I was told that the chip I have shouldn't even fit my current computer and my truck shouldn't even run.
