Helen at the Kirby Whitten JH location is the best I’ve encountered. She is very knowledgeable and on top of IRS tax laws. I will be sending my son, daughter and daughter in love to her to get their taxes done.

Taxes are a part of life, so make it easier and bring them to Jackson Hewitt. Personal or business they can handle it all, don't have any time, drop them off let them do the work and come back later to sign and upload. What could be easier

Ms. Helen is always super sweet and very through when doing my taxes. As silly as it may sound, I always enjoy allowing her to do them each year. I may not enjoy the outcome, but I enjoy the experience she provides.

Ginger did my taxes. She is wonderful, as always. She has done my taxes just about every year. I don't like how overworked the tax preparers are, but they are taking care of people. Had an appointment at 6, and even though there was a room filled with people, I was seen quickly. The 2 ladies got through everyone quickly and efficiently. Everyone seemed happy. I recommend making an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early, because all the locations are going to stay packed.

I use jh Bartlett location in 2020 went to the location to get my agi and was giving the wrong information because obviously they were upset that I didn't let them file my taxes for 2021. My return from last year is missing pages and on my jh account my 2020 return is not showing in their database. Very suspicious and unprofessional I will never use them again

The lady was nice and seemed to love what she does, but the fees are ridiculous and I got more filing my own taxes. Never again! They lure you in with the advance but you can only get one if it’s not your first year filing with them. TurboTax is a way better filing system.
