I have prescription that is filled monthly, 30 days to 30 days, 120 pills, 4 a day. When I ask for it to be refilled on the 30th day, they make me wait 2 days. That makes me short on taking my pills as the doctor prescribed.

They're always really busy, but my issue is that whenever I call, they hang up on me after answering part of my initial question. No goodbye, no waiting to see if I need more help. Just gives the information, waits for an "Ok" and hangs up. Very bad service.
