Always a pleasure to work with the pharmacists there. They are always helpful as well. We travel so much and they have always worked with me to get my medications if I am out while on a trip. Happy I changed from Walgreens to Kroger.

One of the best places to fill prescriptions (I've tried most of them.)
They are usually on top of orders. They are typically polite, responsive and seem to care. You're not going to find much better service anywhere else, especially how rushed and micromanaged pharmacies are these days. 50% of the time I can't even get my doctor to pick up the phone, so when my pharmacy has problems getting things on time every once in awhile, I consider it an overall win...

I called to check a new prescription this afternoon and the lady answering the phone was beyond unprofessional. She kept cutting me off and speaking to me in a condescending tone. It was unnecessary and unwarranted.

I would give this Kroger 0 stars if I could. My last online order half of my stuff was opened. Bacon, chips, and my meat. Called to complain. Nothing done. Next online order. Half of the stuff was out of stock. I understand if they don't have anything but don't substitute and charge me for something that is totally opposite of what I ordered. I was never notified. This happened today on 1-22-2022. Don't know who was over it today but they were out of stock 10 items out of my 20 I ordered and then didn't substitute one item yet I was still charged for it. Every time I have came to this location I have had bad experience. Definitely go to another store or different grocery store in general. Definitely won't do anymore shopping there!!!

The store is clean and organized. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store generally has everything I'm looking for. The fresh chicken in the Deli department is highly recommended.

Just don’t seem to care for customers. Went to get a covd shot there. Was kind of nervous. Couldn’t get one smile though I said something funny to break the ice.

The secret to this pharmacy if you can, order/refill/get called in, then wait a few days. Go pick it up. Never have a problem.

One pharmacy tech is always rude. Over the years there always seems to be at least one that’s a pain to deal with and act as if they are doing the customers a favor. We are changing pharmacies after about 5 years. Management needs to control their people.
