When I sayyy horrible!!! horrible!! I put in a order for same day the system said that it would be ready around 12:00pm to 1:00pm and that my order was in process it also said on The app that they where picking my order when I got there I waited in my car for 20 minutes then I got out the car and talked with the manage just for her to say they never started on my order when I say ridiculous!!! I also asked for a refund and she says it was going to take a day or so and that was the last of my money I will not be coming back!!

I asked a worker for help with one of the self checkouts and she straight up ignored me. Don't come here if your hispanic or Latino, they will not help you when asking for help.

The store employees are not that great. Managers seem bothered when you ask them for help IF you’re able to find them or get a hold of them. They had water building up in the sausage tray at the butcher area from a leak. So it obviously had been doing it for a while and the meat was just sitting in water. After I mentioned it to a store manager they stopped the leak by left the same meat out. Almost every visit we find rotten fruit with bugs. And don’t even place a pick up order. Placed one the night before for pickup. Got delayed on the way. Told us they could not find everything and told us to be there at one. So we turned back around and came back at one. Well after checking in they call saying they are short staff that they haven’t finished getting our groceries to come back in an hour. And at the same time an employee came to the window asking for us to come back in 30 minutes because they haven’t even gotten our order together. So while waiting I asked a couple next to us who just got their order how long ago they placed it, three hour ago. We placed ours the night before. So I go to call management, get left on hold until the line went busy. This used to be a good store, but now it has fallen off the rocks. Kroger needs to do something about the management and employees in this store. If the employees aren’t doing their job it’s because the uppers are not managing.

I have stage 4 cancer and my palliative care doctor sends medications to make me comfortable while I’m dying and for bone pain. Every time I ask for an update or anything about my medication, it’s a short answer and I’m spoken to like a toddler. Makes me feel like an idiot every time I call this pharmacy. I’m done with the attitude every time I call just because I ask if everything is on time or if they need a PA. I just called to see if it’s coming in yet ( the app said it should) and I get a “We don’t know. Sorry. Get your doctor to call into another pharmacy.” I don’t get why they have to be so mean to people…
If you have cancer (especially going through chemo) I wouldn’t send your meds here but it’s too late for me to switch this month. After this month, I won’t be using any Kroger for medications.

Only 1 cashier open and everyone else forced to go self checkout out with at least 25 people in line. Open up more lanes and hire more workers. Horrible experience

Giving 2 stars because the online order pickup employees are great. The actual store is needing help. Everytime l order to pick up at a certain time there is ALWAYS a delay and I'm notified at the last moment. When contacting the store to speak to a manager there's no answer. They also are out of stock of many items frequently. Lesson finally learned. I will have to use a different store.

The Good:
Great selection. Often difficult to find help if you need it. Clean bathrooms and great deals.
The Bad:
This is a bring your own cart kind of Kroger. They few carts they do have are in very poor shape. If you see a cart in the parking lot be sure to grab it. It is very common to have little to no front end staff working to keep the self checkouts operating.
We naturally live in an era where the shopper becomes the employee finding items with the app, restocking from the top shelf, retrieving your own buggy from the parking lot, bagging and cashing out our own groceries. This has got to be one of the worst locations in the greater Memphis area.

Not once but twice I have had to leave without my pick up order waiting almost an hour. Not coming back again. There is no way to communicate. The one phone number I found they never answer.
