This is the nastiest Kroger I've ever seen in my life. Half the dang produce department is openly rotting on the shelf. The entire store smells like ****. You gotta make sure to check the expiration date on anything you buy. Corporate needs to fire the store manager and get some new people in this one.

At this location on Kriby Whitten, a manager told me today that although Kroger policy does says I CAN return an item at Any Kroger Location, her Kroger store doesn't accept returns even with a receipt.
So Kroger get to take my money. But not uphold there policy & reputation, anymore.

Kroger does not deserve a monopoly in this area if they can't provide even basic customer service and grocery store management. Bring in competition and see how fast they change their ways.

Don’t place your order online…3 Consecutive times my order was delayed today I have been in the parking lot for close to three hours waiting for my order only to be offered a 5dollar gas card PATHETIC! The only reason I gave a star is to post comment. Never Again!

I’ve noticed a steady decline in their produce over the past year. All of their onions for the past few months have been bursting with fruit flies and gnats and you can easily spot moldy produce at almost every table. I get that things go bad and you can’t always predict when that will be, but every single onion needs to be thrown away and replaced because they’re just all rotten and filled with gnats under the peel.

Would drive out of my way due to the quality of this locations products, but 3 out of my last 4 visits the produce has been significantly lacking in quality, with many items vacant and the ones present in terrible condition, to the point i could not even substitute effectivly and was required to stop at other grocery stores to fullfill my shopping list.

I've been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour waiting on my groceries. The only clicklist employee working when I walked inside was having a conversation with another employee. My groceries were supposed to be ready an hour ago according to the app. Now I'm told they haven't even been picked after I've been checked in for an hour.

Kroger's finally had a frozen item I had been seeking for 2 weeks. Glad my search is over.

Regularly filthy - floors and shelves. Pick up any pre-packaged item at random and it will likely be sticky, crunched or EXPIRED. Pick up any produce items and you have a good chance of finding them moldy, if you can find them at all. Aldi, Sprouts and Whole Foods have no problem keeping produce stocked but Kroger struggles? Make it make sense. Baskets are rarely restocked throughout the day. There are *zero* bags for produce items in the produce section. Aisles are cluttered with stands and displays and employees with giant online order carts. Impossible to navigate, especially if you are wheelchair bound. I cannot wait until Publix comes to town and will gladly drive to collierville to grocery shop so as to not continue to support whatever single-celled organism that runs this store ?

Prices are too high and self checkout is stupid. Hire employees to check customers out. We do not work for Kroger. Forcing us to work while paying is stupid. And yall wonder why people steal.
