Corporate dont care. Probably the worst run grocery location Ive even been to. Store isnt clean. Employees dont care. Prices are always wrong. Lots of expired foods. Produce and meat is awful.
Bartlett needs competition in the worst way. I'd rather go through hell and go to Wal Mart than shop at this horribly run location. The other Krogers in Bartlett aint great but its better than this location.

This store is never fully staffed for pick up orders or for anything else just ridiculous second time this has happened I place an order for pick up and the lady can’t even tell me what time the next day it will be ready then she goes to proceed to say well they also have to do the next day order as well , well ma’am what about my order that’s a day late !!!!!!!!! Like if you are not staffed for pick up then have the option closed at your location this is inconvenient!!! I will be choosing another store to do my grocery shopping because this is insane!!!!! 0

Kroger and Walmart are the two places I buy groceries at all anymore. They are sure to have new foods and they always have exactly what I'm looking for. If I want something to cook fast or the ingredients for a home cooked( everything) meal.

Worst Kroger in Bartlett and that’s after the so called remodel. The meat department should be investigated. The meat is all types of colors. 🤮🤮🤮

Be careful. This store practices misleading advertisements. They advertise a sales price but don't tell you that you have to go on line to get a coupon.
