Me and my 13 year old son shopped there this past sat. the guys were very helpful, I got a sweet atl braves hat and my son loves his under armor freedom hat! We prob looked like fishing hillbillies because of our fishing hats we had on , but very nice people and they asked if I wanted and stiching on my braves hat, never seen that before, now I wanna drive back 120 miles to get my braves hat stitched up!!

I called the store to check on an application and the person on the phone called me annoying and hanged up in my face very rude people here. Definitely won’t shop here.

While shopping there was a hat out of reach, when i turned and asked the Lids employee if i could see a hat she immediately got an attitude. Was asking questions about a few hats and still an attitude. So i continued shopping looking to buy a few hats and i could hear them talking amongst each other saying he must be colored blind. Whlie checking out they never said a word just the price. While leaving one of the ladies said " see that's how I'm going to start being".

my boyfriend got the North Face and i got the Nike ... we loved this store and the gentlemen that helped and cashed us out was super friendly , thank you sir : ) we were highly satisfied here.

I bought a gift card for Xmas for my kid from this store . So we go back a day or so after Xmas to use it and it’s nothing on the card. The lady that sold it to me was acting like I was lying about the situation. I live a hour from this location so I didn’t have my receipt with me. So when I make it home I look at the receipt and notice the barcode numbers don’t match up on the card and the receipt. So that lets me know I was scammed. This is the Lids at the Wolfchase Galleria in Tennessee. Did this happen to anyone else during Xmas?

Worst shopping experience that I have ever had. I usually don't comment, but the Lids at Wolfchase is terrible. They spend more time talking to each and looking at the female customers than servicing that clients. I was never asked if I needed help and the guy who checked me out, never said a word to me. He handed me my bag and continued his conversation with his fellow employees. It was so bad that I started to ask for a refund. I simply will never shop there again.
