Lincare's staff gave very good care for my first visit. I was very impressed with the kindness and patience of the staff. If anyone asks I will certainly say yes to the care of Lincare!

I’m new to this company but so far everything has been great! The office employees were very nice & helpful! I was just contacted by text for my first reorder & it was easy to place.
UPDATE…..
My only complaint is the filter door broke on my CPAP machine. A man called to say he would be by to repair it but that was about 3 weeks ago & I haven’t seen him. Using tape for now & it’s holding.

Lincare in Bartlett. TN has so far been outstanding for me. I am a chronically ill 33 year old and they have been so helpful and reassuring with me! Ashley the manager, as well as Andre and Derek especially are so patient and will answer all your questions and help as much as they can! I can tell they truly care about the people they are helping! If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Went in for a fitting, chose the mask but she didn’t fit it to me, sent me home without the additional sizes, the mask is too large to work. Called her back immediately and she said, no problem, she would mail out the correct mask. Two weeks later, nothing arrives, so I call back and they said, “well I know we’re waiting on some more to come in, we will mail it when they come in” no idea when one will be available. Very poor service and will be doing all further purchases or service with another vendor. Very disappointing.

Can't even get my oxygen supplies calling my doctor today to go to another company these people just eat up your insurance that's all they do and say they ordered the your supplies and it sent all lies

?Lincare has been very good to me over many years. I think I’ve had my c-paps with Lincare for over 20 years now. They have always been on the spot when I needed supplies or help of any kind. ?
? I am sorry to be leaving Lincare of Bartlett, I pray Lincare in my new home in Iowa will be somewhere close as good. ?
