Have o2 concentrator that randomly squels, kept me up for 3 nights and no o2 til I get up turn it off without o2, which I need 24/7. Lincare checked the equipment said it was fine and left. Hope my portable last .Worst company ever.

This service is a scam . I was set up with this service by the hospital without my permission . So I assumed it was covered through my insurance . After the second bill I called to stop the service because I can't afford to pay an extra $ 100.00 a month , well they won't stop the service,they won't come and pick up the equipment, but they keep sending me a higher bill every month and calling me everyday harassing me about the bill. Now the bill is over $500.00 and they still haven't picked up this equipment! I keep calling asking to speak to a supervisor who is never there or available at the time , they keep saying they are going to stop the service and schedule a pick-up for the equipment but the bills keep coming. At this point I'm ready to hire a lawyer!!!

Very appreciative of the rollator because it gives me more stability to move and do things without falling or injury to myself. Great color ? and thankful to delivery guy for explaining the know-hows about it. Good job

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEAfter hours emergency service. It's been 4 hrs, 4 phone calls and still no response to a call when my 92 yo mother, just out of the hospital with fluid on her lungs, needs to have her concentrator repaired. Despicable! If I could give negative stars I would.

My husband has recently chosen this company for his oxygen needs and Randy came out I remember him specifically as he was so hospitable and knowledgeable. He took time and explained everything and showed a willingness to help. There were absolutely no issues during the setup. Our experience with Randy representing Lincare was far better than the experience we had from the stay at the hospital. Randy thank you for taking care of us and the other clients you serve. Kudos to you!

I have switched from Rotech to Lincare for my oxygen needs and their representative Randy McClure has taken great care of me. He even came back by my home on his way home to bring another oxygen line. He has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that I have all I need for my breathing, thank you Lincare for setting me up with such a dedicated rep.

Just wanna say that Randy is a caring and concerned service rep. He goes above and beyond in making sure that he’s doing what it takes to satisfy every customer. Whenever Randy would service my uncle before passing he always gave good professional service.

I really don’t like to order from this company. Bc the representative Tiffany is the most rudest. I have called to place an order for my great aunt for oxygen tanks. While you’re talking to her she’s not paying attention, she rushes you. She over talking you. She doesn’t explain anything. She just makes the whole process unbearable. If you ask a question she’s on the phone huffing, puffing and blowing. This representative makes you feel like you are a bother to her and makes the whole ordering process a complete nightmare and headache. LinCare you really need to look more into the ppl you hire. I’m currently looking for a new vendor for the items I need bc I don’t like the hassle that I get from a company whose purpose is to help with everyday needs.

My Wife was recently diagnosed with COPD, and she already had heart problems. Everything my doctor ordered Linares has got to our house like clock work. Andre and Precious have been great. Thank you Lincare.

This company is rude to its customers and put themselves to make a decision whether you need your portable oxygen and not your doctors. I have had to doctors state I can not carry the bottles yet they will not fill the doctors order. They need to lose their license. As soon as I find another carrier I will no longer be using these rude people as my supplier. They are horrible at customer service. You have to die before they give you anything. Says you have to use 8 to 10 bottles of oxygen a month. They just don’t want to lose money and make the patient suffer. Shame on you lincare. You have lost my business

Terrible. They were great, but I have been waiting for about 5 months on syringes. When I call, everybody confirms that they are in stock and will be shipped, but here we are again:The packing slip shows that 15 syringes were packed. We have none, with no reasonable explanation ever provided.

Deserve less than one star. I got a mobile chair from lincare back in Nov. Of 2021 that was on back order for 2 mo. 4 mo. Later I received a bill saying I was late. I have Medicare and a supplement that has paid fully for this chair. Now I'm getting a nasty bill saying it's is going to collections. My next stop is my attorney and formal complaint to Medicare. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst company for ordering DME such manual wheelchair. I am a physical therapist and I called them to order a wheelchair for one of my patient who is out of town. A lady Stacey said we can do that. But 2 days later, supervisor (Tina) gave me excuses and said no we can't do that. My patient called them and talked to them and he was angry. We just went to order from another company. I will not use them again.

This company is so full of mess. They send out the wrong tubing equipment. I been having a issue with my portable oxygen tank. First both batteries went out, and Reggie said he can only replace one and they will have to charge me for the other, then he said the machine only comes with one battery. Well this one came with two. So if I'm out over 4 hours I got to go somewhere and charge up. Secondly, the columns kept saying replace and I call them Scotty keeps telling me someone will be out, that was over 2 months ago and now the columns has went out and I'm still waiting on someone to come. I am now in the process of looking for another medical supply company.
