Been using this store since it was opened. It's gone downhill. They don't answer the phone or hang up on you. Made an order and pickup was supposed to be in 3 days, Lowe's says it's now 3 WEEKS. So sad.

This location is awful. Drove over an hour to get some wire they only had at this location. Waited over an hour to get a team member to cut the wire. Was told that I'd have to wait longer, but couldn't tell me how long. Left and called the next morning to see if I could get someone to cut the wire before driving back again. A "manager" would answer the phone and said his "speaker" doesn't work and he'd call me back. Did this 3 times and he'd hang up each time. Eventually, they stopped answering the phone. Awful service. Home Depot is much more organized and helpful.

If Lowes corporate ever wonders why they make less than Home Depot, they should visit this store.
This store is messy, disorganized, and full of staff that does not give a F about customer service. The aisles are like a Dollar General with crap all in the aisles. Literally every aisle. About 40% you could not go down the entire aisle since theres something right smack in the middle of the aisle. I get it stocking inventory. I do not get it at 2 PM on a 65 degree Spring saturday.
Everything here is self checkout. If you have a question about something, most of the employees wont take their eyes off their phone to provide help. You have a few helpful employees but most are just taking up oxygen.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. They never have anyone capable of helping. Recommend going to a different location.

Purchased a washing machine. The delivery people didn’t call to warn us they were coming. They didn’t even test the washer. It won’t turn on. I’m sure just installed wrong. They gave us the option to keep the washer that does not start & get PARTIAL credit or have them bring us a new one in 3 days. Now this was coming from someone else I got ahold of.
This certain store was a whole different worse story on the phone. That was terrible service. And it wasn’t because I was “rude”’or anything. I was very nice and respectful and friendly the whole time.
Just frustrating they didn’t take better care of us as customers all around. I’m not asking for free stuff. But at least come help us get a working washer the day of or something…
All around a very bad experience. I would pay more somewhere else before all of this.

Drove 40 mins to get some glass cut. Hit every other Lowe's in town. None has the size I needed. This one did! Unfortunately, they left me standing at the glass station for 30 mins while I waited for assistance. After several inquiries, I was finally informed that there was nobody there to cut the glass. Thank you so much for wasting my motherfcking time.

This store falsely advertises availability to boost their sales. They tell you they have it and take your payment, and then make the return so complicated that you deal with the imaginary payment terms that they create after the ones you agree to. Super questionable business practice, hope Andy Wise sees this

Worst customer service ever waited more than 30 minutes for someone to help me with a tool set just for them to say that wasn’t their area
Cashiers need more experience on customer service as well very rude and unprofessional by far the worst experience in any Lowe’s

Don't go to this store if you require any assistance in finding an item. I was trying to find an item that customer service desk claimed was in hardware, I asked a couple of different workers, who just sort of shrugged and walked away, One of them was playing on his phone and apparently could not be bothered. After asking one more person, who looked very angry at being asked a question, I walked around by myself for about 20 more minutes, before giving up and leaving. But not before I walk past this angry looking cashier that glared at me, like they were daring me to ask them something.
These entitled employees, seem to think that they can come to work just to hang out, And not actually be bothered to do their job. Do yourself a favor and find another location if you need an item

I rented a Bissell carpet cleaner from Lowes In Bartlett. It left new stains on carpet, a whole chamber full of clean water in one 10x10 room and then quit working. I exchanged it for another machine, and it only removed about 1/3 of the water, leaving that room wet, and vulnerable to mildew. It also left new stains and didn't remove the stains from the previous cleaner. After talking with 5 supervisors at Lowes, they all tell me it is up to Bissell to resolve this and they are not responsible. Both of these units were full of hair and dirt underneath and in the collection tanks.
I called customer service as I was instructed to do and was told that a store manager would contact me within 24 hours. I have yet to be contacted,

I received an email about "My" order is being processed. $900+ charge on my card. I've never been to this store, I don't have an account setup. It charged my card, had me as the pickup person. They aren't secure with your information. No one had my CC info. It's YOU Lowe's. Fix this!
I was able to cancel with customer support, but they provided zero information on how this was able to happen. Ridiculous. Now I have to get a new card over this.

I went to Lowe’s to purchase a refrigerator. Day 1: After tripping on packaging from a box that was on the floor in appliances Rhonda gave me an unprofessional, aggressive look when I mentioned it should be picked up but since I don’t work there I’m not going to pick it up. She stated “I didn’t ask you to pick it up” She tried to escalate the situation, but I was able to deescalate the situation and try to make peace Day 2: After realizing I purchased the wrong refrigerator and trying to purchase the correct one, Rhonda began to assist me (after I had looked for her 15-20 minutes due to front customer service telling me to go to appliances and she was in that department to assist) an older couple came in and she wanted to stop helping me to help them. I explained that I was first and she should finish with me first. She started helping me, but after she needed to go back a screen to complete the transaction, she decided that I should wait. She stopped helping me (although the couple said they were in no hurry) and proceeded to pull up their saved order from the previous day and check them out in front of me. I was so disgusted that I just went to service desk let someone know and left the store. She had all these years of service at Lowe’s but provided no service to me. I spend a great deal of money in Lowe’s and I don’t think they (at least not this associate) appreciate my loyalty to them as a customer. Honestly, everyone else I’ve worked with at Lowe’s has been amazing. Even at the other locations. Rhonda (in appliances) provided the worst service I’ve ever had at Lowe’s. The other locations and employees were fantastic especially the young man at Germantown location were I went after leaving there and the gentleman that helped Friday night and all the ladies at my regular Memphis Lowe’s location.

It's too darn expensive. Although Home Depot might be pennies cheaper, I refused to shop there because of the former (now deceased) CEO's affiliation with Trump.
