The folks in the office were helpful but state farm and mark hardin are the worst! Mark talked us in to dropping our AAA service to add roadside with State Farm. We used the service several times and then they dropped us. We were told it was bc we used the service too many times which is the same as too many claims. State Farm has dropped others we know as well just for using the insurance. Find something else!

I told them repeatedly that I was divorced and that i didn't even want my ex to know anything about my new home, for my safety. They still sent my correspondence to my ex husband's account, email, and home address.

My hat's off to Kerri Schettgen in Mark Harden's office. She is my go-to resource for any insurance related questions. Her guidance not only is accurate but usually ends up saving me unneeded expense. I have been a State Farm client for over 40 years and find them to be helpful, responsive and reliable. Thanks Kerri and Mark for keeping me a happy customer.
