There's no way to contact this store. I bought a phone and he didn't put my plug in the box. If he'd transferred everything I had on it, this wouldn't have taken so long... and texts we still not transferred to my new phone.

I went with a friend to set up an account today. This was my first experience with Metro mobile and was unfamiliar with the plans and services. We asked lots of questions and after discussing our options with the associate, it became clear that he was trying to charge us extra. I would not recommend this location. We left and went to another Metro location whose associates were honest and trustworthy.

Mo is the absolute best. I really appreciate the effort he put into solving an issue that we had retrieving our account information. We were told by another branch that we were locked out of our account for good. My wife called this location and spoke with Mo. He instantly offered a solution. We were granted access to an account we'd been locked out of for 3 months during our lunch break (and we still had time to eat lunch). Thank you so much for the expedient service. We are grateful!
