A couple of things happened to get me shopping for a new broker. One, my existing agent had started renewing my homeowners and auto at much higher limits without discussing it with me. Two, we were looking at buying another property and a boat. I don't love shopping for insurance agents, but found McDonald Insurance on google. I emailed their owner and heard from Associate Agent Nathan Tognetti the same day. Nathan used the right balance of email and phone time to get what he needed, and quickly presented outstanding options for us. I had our existing broker quote the business and Nathan outperformed in every sense. Professional, proactive, and affordable without cutting limits. Great job Nathan and McDonald Insurance Services. I have recommended the group to folks in my office.
