Had a terrible experience with a used car. Salesman was nice and then it went downhill. Six days after driving car off lot, my daughter who is a single mom trying to go to school downtown, noticed drivers side front tire going low. She took back to dealership and they told her she had hit something and would need a new rim at the low price of $960.00 and a new tire for $240.00. BS at its finest. Please avoid these guys at all costs. She hit nothing and i feel rim was bent and they covered it up. Rear tire has an aftermarket rim and both were probably damaged before. Shame on me for not noticing and trying to help my daughter. Looking elsewhere for a used one. Happy Labor Day Weekend!

I had my 2009 Nissan Maxima towed there in December or 2019 as it had overheated and would not restart. The result of it overheating resulted in the head gasket getting blown. I was quoted around 4K to fix it and I was told that was for an engine replacement. When I questioned why, I was informed the cost to replace the head gasket wasn't much less then the cost of engine so that was the recommend course of action. I agreed and a couple of weeks later when I went to pick up the car as I looked at the invoice i noticed it was for a head gasket replacement. When I questioned the Service Advisor and she said the engine was in fact replaced. I told her not according to the invoice and then she went to speak to the mechanic and have him talk me and he confirmed that the head gasket was in fact replaced. If I would have been told at the onset that it was 4K for the head gasket I might not have done it since the car was already 10 years old.. I sent emails to the dealership as well as the service manager and had left voicemail. My phone call not emails were ever returned. I don't know if what they did was a bait and switch or just a clueless service advisor but the fact no one would return my emails or phone call told me enough about the dealership to know I would never be back there for anything ever again. I was given the estimate over the phone but at least after this experience I will alway get any repair quotes needed in writing from now on.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Initially I had an issue with my invoice but Ms. Floyd, Owner Loyalty Manager, reached out and satisfactorily resolved my issue.

I had the pleasure of meeting some of the Nissan Team this week. My experience was nothing short of amazing! Mr. Oliver T. was the kindest salesman I have even encountered. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional with me. I was very nervous about making my "big girl" purchase but he assured me, several times, that I was making the best decision for myself and my family's safety! My new friend in finance was such a gentleman and he provided me the best deal! My entire time spent there was wonderful. I met a few other staff members in passing and they were also kind to me. I recommend anyone seeking a new vehicle with exceptional service to check these guys out! You will not be disappointed! -Jazmine J!
