Me and my husband came in here to get some oil...And it was this heavy set guy with reddish beard and a hat on was at the register...When we walked in we were not greeted...And we I walked up to the register he just stared at me waiting on me to talk...But this older white guy walks in while we were at the register was greeted with a hello...And when he made it to the register..He asked hey,how can I help you...Apparently blacks are treated differently when walking into this store..This store has a bunch of racist guys working here...And it was later in the evening when we were in the store...

The morning staff is usual great. The evening staff is some rude neckbeard snotnose kids that act angry that you are there. I know what time of day to come to the store. IF I ever return.......in fact, I think I will just use Autozone from now on.

I came to the store on Tuesday to get a part for my vehicle and for them to help me put it on when I ask Brian can he help me he acted like he didn’t hear me and I asked him to his face and he did the same thing. Terrible customer service I have ever had will not come back again.

A few days ago I stopped by and spoke with Brian Sims about my vehicle. I told him that my brakes were sticking and he said it was a front brake hose collapsing. Ordered both hoses and went to Jim Karas Nissan for service. Told them the same thing and they said it’s the brake master cylinder. Charged me $621 and the problem was still there. They (Jim Karas) said brake hoses don’t collapse. My buddy referred me to Eagles Auto Repair and they installed both front hoses and problem fixed. If you have questions or concerns about your auto, reach out to Brian at O’Reilly’s. Top service, nothing but the best. Seems that type of service is missing today, especially at Jim Karas Nissan on Covington Pike?.

My first visit to O’Reilly off whitten rd in Bartlett is when I met this most wonderful employee named Brian. That first time I just needed a diagnostic reading on my vehicle. He was so very helpful! So the next time I went there I specifically looked for him and thank god he was there. I needed the same thing done on our other vehicle, there was a few more things wrong with it, but he took the time and patience to explain everything. This man deserves a raise!!!

I always look for Brian when I visit Orellys. Always TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND APPROACHABLE! IF I pass by and see that blue truck I know he's there. TOP NOTCH!

Hello, I recently visit the store on summer after visiting multiple stores for my part. However, I had a hard time finding the correct part to my vehicle. During my visit on summer one associate in the store helped me with no problem within my price range...Even though I was having a bad day, she didn't show nothing but compassionate and gratitude. I wrote her name down because she was handling each customer with gratitude and cheerful...I want to give a big shout out to Ashley at O'Reillys Auto Parts on Summer Ave Memphis TN. I brought my rotors to this location to have them turned and resurfaced and these guys did an excellent job. I was able to pick my rotors up within two hours and the customer service was top-notch and Brian and the staff did good and I will be back.

I have never been to O'Reilly. I have always used Autozone until last week. Customer service was phenomenal at O'Reilly! Every employee made eye contact, spoke hello and I received help in what I came for. I will be making O'Reilly my new auto store.
