The people who work at Papa John's in Bartlett, near Boost Mobile, have not been very nice to customers and delivery drivers from UberEATS or DoorDash lately.When I visited recently, I noticed that they were being rude and making people uncomfortable. It seems like they're upset about with a prior customer interaction before I walked in and was taking it out on me. Especially the two women in the photo posted. One even looks mad in the picture. I don't know if any of them are in authority at this store, but it was so rude. This is making the papa johns store feel unwelcoming for both customers and delivery drivers. The corporate headquarters or someone in charge of this Papa John's needs to address this issue promptly so that everyone can have a better experience.

Told me I wasn’t in their delivery area. Made me drive 4 miles to the other location just for them to tell me to call the store I just left and finally got my delivery from the original store. Do not go in person. They will misdirect you.

Tell your drivers it’s unnecessary to ring the door bell four times knock the door 6 times and then bang on the window all in about 15 seconds.

Ordered a pizza & 2 sets of boneless wings. Pizza was great. The boneless wings, however, were horrible. Tasted like cheap frozen wings you get at the dollar store or something. I threw some of mine away & my husband barely finished his. UGH. Guess I'll stick to pizza only if I order from them again.

The customer service was outstanding. I was immediately acknowledged as I walked in and was politely and cheerfully greeted. The pizza was absolutely delicious! It was hot, fresh, and almost didn’t make it home. It’s always great when any food chain can surprise you after years of being a customer. You come to expect a certain level of quality, and it’s pretty awesome when that level is exceeded. They clearly take pride in their work and customer service.

Meh ordered 1 single pizza and the delivery time showed me 40 minutes. Then when I called to ask at the 70 minutes mark where's my pizza. No sort of compensation or apologies just let me know he was on his way.And then literally said "oh well when you ordered it, we waited to cook it" so had to ask why did you wait on cooking my food? "Oh we didn't want it to wait under the heat lamp while it waited for the driver"So just take it with a grain of salt but when you order they obviously don't have delivery drivers available. And could take up to twice as long as the projected wait time. However it will never be reflected on your receipt so just keep track of it.

The last time I ordered from here I got food poisoning. Luckily my children just ate the cheese pizza and none of the one I ordered. I have not wanted Papa John's since and will never eat their pizza again.

Ordered on line. bread sticks and garlic knots tonight. I didn’t open box until I got home. Garlic knots and cheese sticks were burnt! Pizza was thrown on to counter. Horrible service.

Excellent I every sense of the word. The service and how they accommodated me on a special request was awesome. I received service with huge smiles and it is so very appreciated in today’s climate. AWESOME JOB PAPA JOHNS STAGE ROAD!!!!!

This is the second time they’ve lost my pizza. If you’re gonna use DoorDash instead of having your own delivery drivers please make sure they are competent. I likely won’t be ordering from here anymore being as it does not sound like they are about you not getting your food. I told the lady on the phone that my order had been marked as delivered for 30 minutes since 6:46 and she had the audacity to insult my intelligence by asking me what time I ordered my food. For the record it was two hours ago but I’m not d*** enough to think that if I ordered it 30 minutes ago that it would already be here. Do better!

The pizza was hot and good. The service was excellent also. They put the correct about of toppings for a pizza, so it wasn't just cheese, sauce and bread with a sprinkle of topping. I will be going to this location again.
