Well, I’m trying to be nice because my stylist meant well. I found this shop via google “walk in appointments, silk press”. When I walked in I could tell my stylist was apprehensive about doing my hair based on her energy. I have been natural for decades but have only been wearing my hair in a “fro” since 2022 when I did the big chop. When I got there she sat me in her chair and started raking her comb through my dry hair to detangle it. Thankfully I have grown out of my tender head phase because OUCH. The wash and conditioning was pleasant, but as my stylist blow dried my hair it later became apparent that she was not skilled in straightening hair because she blow dried my hair and my scalp was still wet. As she began straightening my hair she did so section by section but did not realize how think my hair was or how wet my scalp still was because it began to frizz. When she was done she told me I owed her $110 I said “$110, for a silk press??” She said “well you got your ends clipped”. Pro: the stylist was nice. Con: everything else.

Shayla is amazing and the entire salon had a great energy. My hair turned out better than the picture I showed her. I’m so glad I went there and they are affordable which is another plus! 10 stars!!!!

Jessica is so awesome! I wanted a shaggy pixie cut and yall she delivered! My hair was severely damaged and Jessica help put my hair back on track! I will definitely be coming back here more often! The staff are super friendly!

Chloe did a great job on my hair cut. She did exactly what I wanted. She gave me tips on how to maintain my hair bad what products to use. Chloe was so sweet and kind.

Uses used hair in hair units and sells them as new purchases. NASTY! When confronted she quite, not offering to correct the mistake. I was told I wanted thing in a flash even though she had the unit for over a month. I have had problems with this stylist for years. I have not complained because I have had to send her several messages to correct the issue. She even told me that I was jealous of her because she has a business. That is how she would handle any complaints. Even though I own a multi million dollar business my self. That is why I could afford to pay so much. A CB very unprofessional stylist she has been. Consistency in service is lacking in this business.. And hood customer service!

It was so refreshing to work with the professionalism and customer care the Chloe provided me as a client! She immediately made me feel comfortable and I knew she cared that I loved my look after.
