Thanks a trillion to Tori for helping me out with the issues I was having with my account. She was very patient, detailed & amazing communication with walking me step by step on the reason I visited the bank. This is now my new favorite location & look forward to doing more business with this branch.

This has to be the absolute worst branch. One teller for both in person and drive through transactions. No lane for business transactions. They do everything to force you to use the ATM. Which is fine if they would work. ATM will reject an entire cash deposit if one bill is problematic. Other institutions have far superior equipment.

Worst customer service of all the branches, I will not be returning here and considering leaving Regions all together if they allow this behavior.

Drive thru extremely slow. Wait time is 15 to 20 minutes. They need more people working window on Saturdays.
