Johnny performed a mold inspection for a house I am buying. He was very quick and took plenty of time to educate me on the findings of the inspection. He told me what I needed and, as important, what I did not need to be concerned with to do to ensure my home was safe for move in. I would not hesitate to call him for further treatment in the future.

House inspection found some mold in crawlspace. Called Johnny P of "restoration clean". He came over and said he would remove the old insulation that fell down, remove the mold and put up a vapor barrier. The charge of $5400 was reasonable compared to the competition. He finished the job in less than three hours which I thought was amazing, and I paid him immediately without checking the work, as I have a bad back, and was unable to go into the crawlspace. I later hired a termite inspector which discovered that about half of the crawlspace was not even touched. I sent Johnny P the pictures, and he promised to follow up, but quit answering phone calls from me or had lame excuses for not coming over. After 3 months of bugging him and threatening small claims, he did end up giving me a measly refund of $800 but it cost me an extra $2000 to finish the job. Do not use this crook!

I am very thorough when choosing a company to work on my home. I saw many highly related reviews on Next Door for Restoration Clean and Mold Inc. I decided to give them a call and I am glad I did. I am recommending Johnny and Noah to everyone I know! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. When I first found I had mold, I was nervous for the health of my family. Johnny knew exactly what type of mold I had and remedied the situation quickly. Give them a call, you will not regret it!

Johnny and his team were fantastic at fixing several spots in our previous home, some ceiling water damage and a major mold remediation job under and around our shower/tub.
