I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Snappy Computers. I was having trouble with my laptop sending and receiving photos. I took it in they fixed the problem.. to top it off...no charge...just a hand shake and a smile...thank you so much.. Once again I just want to give praise to Snappy Computers...what great Customer service and work ethic they have...

Snappy computer is the best Computer company Dental Excellence has ever used since 2000!--- we tried several other companies, they didn't last long, because Tory, Brian and their staff excel them all! With their customer service and reasonable fees, you just cant find anyone better and very trustworthy. Even my family and I use them for our personal home computers! We will never change! Try them once and you will be sold!

These guys have went above and beyond what I expected. I recently dropped a console off to a different shop which damaged the internals inside the console, I took that same console over to snappy computer and they were able to fix everything the other shop damaged and also fix the video output and wi-fi connectivity. Highly recommend.

I took my computer in there for one problem and they did not fix my computer. They did remove some viruses which I did approve but did not address the other problem. I called them back after paying 140.00 dollars. They did not appear to be too concerned about making the situation right.

My computer would shut without warning. I found out it could be power related. I took it snappy Computer, they were able confirm the battery was the problem, replaced the battery at good price. ????

My experience with Snappy Computer was great, my computer would shutdown without warning, and an error message would flash across the screen. I found I had a power problem. I took it too Snappy Computer, they replaced the battery in two hours including testing to make sure everything was working fine. That solved the problem.

started out fine, but they failed to repair my mac. after months of waiting and minuscule updates, barely any contact…and a bunch of promises that never fell through. “finding a solution” & me eager to discuss payment plan options turned into “it’s fixable but cheaper if you buy another mac”— mind you the repair cost in total could have been in the $500 range but they’d rather upsell me another mac which would literally be $1000+…stayed patient for months with no ultimate solution..very disappointed.

Last year, I brought in my computer because it was messed up from over a decade of usage, and they not only fixed it, but gave me a free virus cleanup due to my financial situation as a college student. God bless.

Used their services to clean a laptop. They were able to locate and erase any track of the Trojan virus. Very satisfied with the customer service and services. Friendly, knowledgeable, time efficient.
