As I entered the store, I heard the cashier tell a lady that if she bought four more shades she would get free foils. Since I was already planning to purchase shades, I was like cool clock it! I ended up buying 22 shades and several other items. When I got to the checkout, that same cashier rang up my purchases without mentioning the free foils promotion. As soon as she gave me my receipt I brought it to her attention, and she claimed the offer was only valid the previous month. Another sales associate over heard and offered to provide the free foils (her exact words were oh I think we have 2 left and since they were free for us it’s not a big deal). Please note: I am a loyal customer, spending thousandsss of dollars at the store every year. The lady who was initially offered the deal was white, which I mention only because it seems relevant. 🤷🏾♀️

Staff refuses to wear masks in a global pandemic. Tennessee is literally number 1 in case numbers in the world and this place can’t even do the BARE MINIMUM of having their staff wear masks. This place is a danger to society and should be avoided at all costs. Absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Kicked me out of the store because I am not a "stylist." Wouldn't let me explore the store. They wouldn't let me explain myslef, but why would I need to explain myslef to be at the store? I am (was) a customer wanting to buy goods, but after this, I will look for alternatives.I have a feeling that the recent elections influenced this behavior.
