Most horrible experience. Simple oil change tire rotation. Almost 4 hours with appointment. Unacceptable. No communication from advisors. And what is up with charging 3% on charge cards. Even the local grocery didn’t do that. Sales wanted sticker plus $10K when I wanted to purchase vehicle. Worst business model ever.

Very positive experience with Phillip Shelton my service technician. Who always give a 100% at ensuring my concerns are met regarding my sierra. Also the sales professionals and other at the dealership ensure that I'm comfortable and feel like a family member. Ms. Moody, kalon (Drill), the courtesy driver and others just to name a few.

Never go there, Had warranty. They never called me and said what the problems was, or did they start a claim. One issue wasn’t covered under my warranty. They didn’t call me to inform me of it. They fixed the issue without calling me first to get my consent to do so and when they did call me they fixed the issue and made me pay and didn’t fix anything else. They so called did a 1 hour diagnostics on my truck which has several different issues. Rear end, transmission, knock sensors and erased the codes out of the computer. ??????

Really disappointed in my last experience with this dealership. I had my Chevy Tahoe serviced for a starter related issue. Turned out to be the battery and negative battery cable. This is a 45 min job at best. They gave me a smaller AC Delco battery, and charged me $500 in labor. Understanding the costs I called back to prevent them from doing the work, but it is extremely difficult to actually talk to the service rep who oversees the work on your vehicle. You can call 10 times per day, and be lucky to get someone once. Once I left a voicemail, I received no call back, but finally got through after the sixth call, but was told they already worked on my vehicle. They were going to initially charge me close to $900 for this job, but they tried to work with me on the excessive labor charges. This meant taking the labor down from 2.5hrs to 1.75hrs, which is still high for a 45min job. My total costs end of being $750 for something that should be in the ballpark of $300-$400. They also charge you 3% of your total for using a Credit Card. Dealerships are usually a safe space for people who want a reputable mechanic, but this experience will have me looking for a better place that provides fair prices, are accessible to answer questions, and provide honest feedback concerning the best options for your vehicle.

I was received in a timely manner, however I had waited over 2 hours with a small child in the playroom. I started noticing people who came in after me leaving, so I went to the service desk and found out that my vehicle had been ready and my advisor hadn't informed me. The lady at the desk said that she thought he had notified me. I found my advisor asked why he didn't let me know and after seeing my invoice.. another service was recommended in which he didn't even bother to ask if I wanted it done. I told him that I was so disappointed because I drive about an hour to the dealership just to have my vehicle serviced because I trust them to keep me updated on my vehicle. I could easily go anywhere for a oil change but I choose to come here. He stated " I was so busy. I'm being pulled in so many directions that......I don't know ma'am. I thought she'd tell you." A week later the advisor is emailing an appointment (I didn't make)about the service that he should've told me about then and their scheduling other service appointments without speaking to me. Instead of discounting a future service.

Went in Sunrise - Wolfchase feeling pretty hopeless, had only so much in my budget for a car, and wanted a decent one, after several dealerships had nothing this was my last stop, a very nice salesman ( Mark) helped me and found me a beautiful SUV! It was a very pleasant experience as he was very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly and understanding too....I will highly recommend them..And am very appreciative

I took my vehicle into the service department over 3 weeks ago for a GMC warranty covered transmission issue and have gotten Zero feedback from the service advisor Ricky without repeatedly calling him for updates and not once been offered a loaner car. I’m over $1500 in rental car fees with no end in sight. I have also called the Service manager repeatedly and never gotten a phone call back. I have spoken to the GM, who called me a week ago saying the issue was diagnosed and parts ordered and he was hoping to have my vehicle ready Monday or Tuesday but now we are Thursday and nothing other than the service advisor saying the haven’t started on it yet. I’ve never seen service and lack of response this bad in 35 years.

I had the earliest appointment available on a Saturday. But the front gate was not open and neither was the service department after my travel around to get in from another entrance point. I would at least recommend a change with this.Promptness is key to a successful business.Thanks!

Every thing was great except the wait I had to get an appointment. Great service, friendly advisor, Michael, and prompt delivery. 8 days to get a morning appointment for an oil change and tire rotation is a bit much.

We bought a '21 Envision, love the car. Minor issues , they were supposed to fill our gas tank (they didn't) & detail the interior (sub par job). Annoying, but not enough to warrant a 1 star review. The problem, is in the follow up service. We didn't realize until the day after we bought the car that it only came with 1 key fob, so we called & left vm for our sales guy & Jeff, the used car mgr. Days went by, no response. Called again & left new vm's, weeks went by, no response. 3 weeks into playing this game my Husband finally contacted the GM, Ryan, who got back to him almost immediately. Got a follow up call that day from Jeff, who scheduled us to come in on Labor day to have a new fob programmed. We made that 45 minute drive only to find out Jeff failed to check to see if the Tech who would be doing the programming was actually working that day... He was not so that whole trip was for nothing. Tried calling Jeff b4 we left the dealership, no answer. Again days went by with no response. Again, contacted Ryan & only THEN did Jeff call us. Finally, after about 6 weeks passed, we got the key fob made by the Chevy dealership here in Covington. The lack of communication by Jeff was appalling & frustrating. As small business owners ourselves, that level of disrespect to one of our customers by an employee, let alone one in a management position would NOT be tolerated, period. If Jeff worked for us, he'd be out of a job. Dealership needs to seriously re-evaluate his performance & make necessary changes.

Everything about this dealership was spot on! Kenyon was an amazing salesman. I told him what vehicle I was interested in, and said I want the out the door price. Within minutes he had the information to me. I have several family members looking at new cars now and made them aware of my experience at Sunrise. My family and I will be back. The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled about was paying so much over MSRP, I feel that is something that needs to be addressed. I know it has nothing to do with the dealership personally. Again, thank you for making this my best car buying experience.

Notice an engine ticking noise on my Chevy Silverado. Made an appointment for a few days later. They had it diagnosed and fixed the same day. People were nice, price was fair, and the job was done well.

Technician marked “good” on the battery check. However 2 weeks later the truck cut off because the battery was extremely corroded. There is no way in hell the technician actually looked at the battery because if he/she had looked it they would’ve immediately recommended a replacement. So not only did they loose a sale, they lost my trust in their ability to do a basic battery check. I have pictures and the receipts for a new battery. I had always been highly satisfied up to this point.Additionally not survey is saying I was there Monday. I was actually there on July 26 or 27, 2023.
