This bank is the worst of the all banks. They are rude and take personal calls in front of you in the middle of your business. The manager doesn’t care about the employees being rude. Vickie Lyons is it very unprofessional and I see why this bank has a 2 star. She has a bad attitude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. 1 star from me!!

Great customer service in Bartlett, sorry to say your credit card service is what cost you my accounts. Sent three credit cards to my wife and one debit card. One card was mine card but had her name on it. The second one was hers. The third one was who knows??? The fourth was her debit card. On another note I open my accounts 2 days before and have never received my debit card. I guessing it will have her name on it to. I just don’t trust that kind of errors.

I have been using this branch for about three years. They never know what they are doing. When you go in to talk to officer you are directed to the blue chairs with @six others. The drive and lobby windows all three have helpers. Two lobby workers sitting chatting, one using her phone. No customers until me.One time I needed my lock box....I was told to go to blue chairs and wait on an officer at the desks while the three other workers did nothing.I’ve been with Suntrust for about 25 years but every time I go in that branch I come home telling my husband, never again will I use that branch. I am going to try Austin Peay branch and if they are as nonprofessional I’m changing banks.

I use the drive thru most of the time and it is usually not too busy during the day except for Monday and Friday.

The ATM at this branch is rarely fully functional. I do not understand, with today's technology, how a financial institution cannot maintain their ATMs. There really is no good excuse that SunTrust/Truist can pull out of the air. The only explanations are incompetence or just a general lack of concern for customers. Y'all need to just close up shop and let a bank that will take care of its customers move into the building. You simply don't deserve to be in business. I guess the best solution for me is to move my money somewhere else, as much of a pain as that will be.

2022CANT SAY THIS ENOUGHLefadio Taylor at this branch is excellent to work with, always professional, always on it, rarely ever has any issues when working with him and if any issues arise he has the know how to fix them on spot. He is absolutely the saving grace at this bank. Hopefully he moves on to run a branch or moves to a better corporation. Have been working with him since 2015 as he was who opened my account.2021Suntrust Corperate and BranchThis bank was not like this years ago when i joined. Staff was friendly and always helpful. As the years have gone, the quality and skill of this corporations has gone down increasingly over time. Corperate is not willing to help fix issues as they arise.ATM! WARNING.The ATM may or may not work and are operated by 3rd party. I deposited 2,015$ and the ATM broke while counting the money. Do not deposit cash after hours, it took 2 weeks or 10 business days to receive a credit that may or may not be approved after further “investigation.” This system should he seamless and should not be at fault to the customer if and when issues arise.Update:The branch manager at this location has jumped in to make sure that we are being taken care of and has saved the day. Hopefully this branch starts to get everything in order.

Worst Bank Ever. They closed my account , and not telling me why Instead Of bringing things to my attention. And They Have Been Holding My Funds for 3 weeks now! And is not trying to send me my funds!

Service is awful, even before COVID. Waited in drive thru 40 minutes Today to deposit a check. They took 15 minutes for one car transaction which is unacceptable. Always have a 20+ minute wait. When Lobby was open, ALWAYS a long line. Thinking I might need to move all my accounts to First South. Had account at Suntrust for 30 years and have never been treated so poorly. RidgewAy branch in Memphis is great but I am not in office during virus so I have to subject myself to the Bartlett branch. This is not who I want managing my accounts.

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever had to go to. I’m cashing my company check that does banking with them. They still charge me $7 to cash it!!!! That’s ridiculous! I hate having to come here when the direct deposit is messed up at my company. I’ve sat here for 30 minutes and the line has only moved two cars.
