I visited the t mobile store on Sunday to get my things transferred from my apple I phone 12-15 !!! T mobile had a hard time with my apps and photos !!! I was told it would take a day or so !!! I came back the following Saturday , the first person ran into the same problem , he wanted me to go the Apple Store !!! He ask his manager Perla to help him !!! She wouldn’t let me leave the store without my problem resolved !!! She was so helpful, smart and great with trying to solve my problem with my phone !!! Thanks Perla and T mobile !!!

From the time I walked through the door I felt totally unwelcome. There were 2 service technicians working with 2 customers and there were 2 customers waiting for service. I only wanted to return the T-Mobile router because it didn’t work properly in my home. One of the service technician finally checked everyone in so they would know the service received in the time of everyone’s arrival. I finally received service after around 30 minutes after my arrival. The young lady who assisted me was trying to get me to return my modem at the UPS store. I kindly informed her the email gave me the option of returning the modem to participating stores and this store was listed as one. She informed she could return the modem; however she couldn’t provide me with a return receipt. I finally got frustrated and informed her I would take it to a UPS store so I could receive a return receipt. I spent around 1 hour in this store without receiving any assistance. Every customer in the store was complaining about the horrendous customer service and extremely poor wait time. I will never go to this particular location ever again.

Horrible customer service. The amount of time it took for my new phone to get activated was ridiculous. The whole time I was in this store I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Once the associate Robbie got the payment for the phone and an unnecessary charger that she convinced me to buy that I didn’t even need. It was like it didn’t matter if I was straight with my phone or not which didn’t get fully activated till almost 11:00 that night because I had to wait until I got home to use someone else’s phone to get my phone activated fully with customer service over the phone. The fact this took practically the whole day was ridiculous. The lady on the phone with me that night whose name was Rejoice was more of a help to me than the associates in this store. I won’t be back at this location ever again. At one point I thought to myself if you don’t know what you’re doing just say that. I will never go back in this store. Everything was fine when I was paying for the phone but after that I was treated like I was in their way or something. The people in this store were of no help to me whatsoever.

I had a very helpful associate today; Jennifer. I did not tell her I was phone shopping today but asked about issues with my current phone and she was very helpful to help me clean it up. Them I told her I was interested in getting a 2nd phone I had already researched. She doesn't even more time being me set up the new phone abd sync the contacts etc. EXCELLENT customer service! Much appreciated.

Went into the store today with an ongoing issue with my phone. The tech helping me was empathetic but In my opinion not very knowledgeable. Her co-worker who was listening decided to look at her other co-worker as to mock my troubles. I asked the name of the employee who I witnessed mocking my issue and was given the name Cat….. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE and I will contact CORPORATE !!!!!!!

I am a delivery driver by trade. I made a delivery to this store for a lady. Two deliveries, one of which she marked as never received. I ended up getting a contract violation for not delivering food and got a strike against me, FOR services that I provided. I wouldn't reccomend a store that hires thieves as a safe place to get your phone. They'll lie and steal on you too. I know her name as well, but am not going to post it on here. If anyone in management reaches out to me, I have the information available.I work 60 -80 hours a week out here, delivering to people that don't have the courtesy to even so much as tip. It is a whole entire new level of insulting, to have someone report me for not delivering the food to the location. I see this store again, and I am automatically declining the order and will urge other drivers to do the same thing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Yana helped us with a particularly difficult transfer of service from another carrier that was reluctant to lose a customer. She literally spent hours with us getting the process done. The store manager was also involved and very helpful as well. If this is indicative of the type and quality of service T-Mobile provides, we made the right call in switching. Thanks again Yana for everything.

I hate going into this store. It's always going people that are more interested in trying to sell you something than actually helping you. I only come in for T-Mobile Tuesday gifts and they STILL try to sell you something

I just went in this store to replace a phone cord that a paid 25.00 for that don't work no more and it hasn't even been 30 days and I they refuse to replace it because it's been more than 14 days
