I have been using the Barnett UStore with 2 to 3 units for over 25 years. It is in a great location for me and I have worked with the managers, Ken and his wife for many years. I have used several storage companies over years, where the managers come and go every six months. you won’t find that with Ken and Leah, they are Home Bodies and plan on being around this property for a long time.. Try them, you won’t be sorry.

i was looking for a unit that was affordable & in a safe location. what i got was much much more! words are not enough to express my gratitude to mrs. alea! my family & i are experiencing a stressful time sensitive undertaking & she was so welcoming, kind, positive, hospitable, attentive, & caring. ms. alea went above & beyond to accomodate the needs of me & my family. she has the best follow up skills i've ever seen. i felt like family! thank you so much to ken for being so detailed & professional & welcoming my family & i to the u stor family! you really have made us feel at home! u stor has the most affordable rates in the city. the fact that they employ professional people that care about their customers & have quality units too is a win win win! i encourage everyone to place their storage needs in the care of u stor!

My experience at U-Stor Bartlett Self Storage was a very positive one. The property managers, Alea and Ken New, have done a wonderful job in managing this business. It has been great that they live onsite and can keep a lookout for the business. It's also been great that they have been so very available, not only in person, but also by telephone (call or text) and by email. They have also been extremely kind and professional.

I love that these locations have individually alarmed storage units. This makes me feel safer storing my belongings being there. Also having the managers on site is a good thing too.
