There are some good people that work there but recently it has been a lady by the name of Talisa and she has been very rude every time I have been, definitely making the extra drive to the other usps because of it.

Her clerk number 22 .she is very rude , she did not smile or say hello or thank you at all . She spoke too fast that I could understand.

The lady who works there is consistently a pain to due business with. Jeremy, the previous guy who worked there was always kind and helpful. I'd rather drive the extra mile to UPS than to deal with that lady.

had a horrible experience here with one of the women employees. just incredibly rude and snarky for absolutely no reason at all. rest in peace to the nice man who passed who worked here because she sure isn’t living up to his legacy of respect and kindness. probably won’t be coming here anymore.

I am a new TN resident so when obtaining my real ID, I was given a paper copy until the physical copy comes in. I bought a P.O due to a package being stolen in my apartment complex. I take my paper copy and a copy of my lease to retrieve my keys for my box. Apparently, the Post Office can’t take the paper copy to verify me. Talisha “Green Like The Color” had a very nasty and sarcastic approach/attitude. She had poor customer service and actions diminishes the company’s values and mission. Her dialect shows her incompetence of her comprehension of the trainings (whether it be online or on the job trainings) I’m sure she received. DO BETTER TALISHA GREEN LIKE THE COLOR!!!

I visited today around 3:40 PM, and the post office staff was incredibly kind. They were the most friendly I’ve encountered at any post office. I want to thank him again. I’ll definitely come here from now on!

Very bad customer service, I sent a package that arrived at that location and they have had it for two weeks and apparently they have not delivered it because it weighs too much and it only weighs 50 pounds. Super disappointed, I am not only with that location, yes, Novon USPS should look for it. better workers because they are playing with people's money sending that package cost me $120
