This is the absolute worse walgreens I have ever been to! The so called manager cursed at me. They could care less about the customer. We took our 6 year old grandson to Walgreens to get a roblox card. When we got home, the card was defective so we brought it back to exchange. Not only would this manager not help me or my 6 year old grandson, she cursed at us and told us she didnt give a shit. She said she disnt give a shit if it was my 6 year old grandson or that the card was defective. She said....we aint be swappin

I had a medical procedure today and the surgeon called in a prescription. The prescription cannot be filled today. The question to the pharmacist was is it okay to wait until tomorrow to take the prescription? The pharmacist did not know the procedure or the prescription and immediately responded yes, you can wait. Without even acting like they looked it up.
Make no mistake, customers exist for Walgreens. Walgreens does not exist for customers.

Out of every Walgreens I've ever been to, this one has the best staff I've ever interacted with, for pharmacy or just regular check out. Never had a bad experience here, and will keep coming back.

I did an online order picked it up when I got home one item was missing these people act like I lied for a 2.50 item and it was their mistake to correct. I’ll never go back and please CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE . I make good money but if I didn’t receive it I want it !!! I’m disappointed in the management and he lied because when I called corporate they refunded me asap

Racist. My husband was profiled here today for being black. He was only there to purchase our baby some diapers and a few other personal items. The store manager and the cashier was prejudice and racist. We have the money, we have no reason to steal. Watch how you treat others, minorities especially, stereotypes can cost us our life. Stop assuming we all steal because we are black. We will never do business here again, even though we live down the street and it’s convenient to go.

Disappointing experience with the lab. Waited over an hour to be seen after my SCHEDULED appointment time. They said they had technical difficulties but not once checked outside and told us, or put a sign outside to show us a sign of life. Me and others had to KNOCK to get someone to talk to us.

this is a terrible place to order photos. I didn’t get my full order and was put through a run around over what I was due. they literally admitted to throwing away photos that haven’t been picked up by customers yet while giving me a hard time about handing over photos I had already paid for. if I could give this location zero stars, I would.

The pharmacists are about as incompetent as it gets. They don't even know what size needles to give you for injections And that's just basic knowledge. It's really concerning

I was treated poorly just for asking for a printed receipt because it was sent to my email. Cashier rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t help me when the other walgreens always print it right there in that moment. She called her manager and she came out cussing me out saying why didn’t I change it to printed instead of email, I explained to her I needed the receipt to check my total as it was not adding up correctly (and it wasn’t) and didn’t had access to my email right in that moment. She walked away and left me talking. She changed her attitude while talking to another customer of her same race. I walked out after being ignored. Since when is okay to treat people poorly and offend them just for asking for a printed receipt ?

Lab services picks and chooses when they want to be open. That staff needs to be adjusted to people who actually want to work. Closes at 3:30 but they closed before 3 today.
