Like I can't read silence nor listened to silence sweetie. I asked you 3 times because first you didn't speak you looked at me crazy. The second you said it so light. Then 3 you getting mad at me. Crazy. Thank God for miss sunshine who tried to help me but still didn't do anything I asked for. Terrible location. This location used to be so much better. The perfumes, the makeup and more.

After a hiccup with my order that was out of his control, Cornell helped remedy the situation and was very professional. He’s the type of managers most places need. Thanks Cornell!

This location is horrible for curb side pickup. I placed an order yesterday and it was supposed to be ready at 9:00 am today. I went up to the store at 12:00pm because the app said it is still in progress. The manger said the system was down and the phones were not working that day. As I was leaving the parking lot he canceled the order through text message. I called the store and he picked up... I said, I thought your system was down and the phone was not working. He asked if I though he was lying, I said yes and then he hung up the phone in my face. I started to call back but I just went home.

This Walgreens cannot print photos, everytime I receive an email saying they are ready and go to pick them up they aren't printed. Last time they didn't give them all to me and I had to go back. Don't waste your time here, order them on shutterfly or somewhere else.

Always a complete pleasure to shop at any Walgreens in any City. I've had a repertoire with Walgreens most likely since I arrived in the World, this time. I have always been shown respect from buying Medication to walking into the door and always being greeted with either a hello Welcome to Walgreens or just a smile.

Went to this Pharmacy which is not my original Pharmacy I always go to the Walgreens on Covington Pike and Stage Road because every time I come to this Pharmacy the workers in there I will make you look like you're nasty or something like they never had anything going on with their body. Today I can say with the worst experience of my life sitting at the drive-thru line for my medicine for my ingrowns and the Asian lady an African American young lady just kept looking at my window looking at me laughing so I was trying to see what's so funny but I realize some people don't deserve this job they need to learn more professional in young adults. I will never ever go to this Pharmacy in my life again

The pharmacy workers always screw up the prescriptions here. You get something called in and they haven't checked their voice-mail to fill the prescriptions. When you explain to them the problem that you are having, they shrug you off and show you that your problems are not theirs.

I was on hold for 50 minutes while trying to correct a prescription error. I finally gave up and will have to go into the store to correct the problem. This is simply not acceptable. If the staff is this overwhelmed Walgreens needs to hire more people.

The manager Carnell Williams was very rude and unprofessional. Something needs to be done about the lack of customer service skills from upper management. The cashiers was friendly. I visited this location on 11/12/2020 around 8:40PM He did not put my product in the bag which was an alcoholic beverage.I asked for a bag he stated it's a preference to even want a bag. The product was a 32 ounce so WHY WOULDN'T I WANT A BAG

Very clean and well-stocked store. Staff has always been friendly. Same goes for the pharmacy...very sweet and work very hard. Too bad Walgreens in general is overpriced, or I would go here even more than I already do.

After an office visit the morning of 12/13 with an Oncologist I attempted to pick up a refill prescription for Letrolozle. The doctor's office advised that they would call in or electronically transmit a refill prescription for Letrolozle to the Walgreen's Pharmacy at 5950 Stage Road. I waited several hours after leaving the doctor's office on Friday 12/13 to attempt to pickup Letrozole. The afternoon of 12/13 I dropped off a hard copy prescription for another drug which is a controlled substance inside the Walgreen's at the Pharmacy counter. 2 female Walgreen's pharmacy employees advised that the earliest possible pickup date for the controlled substance was 12/24. After a brief discussion with these 2 female Walgreen's employee's about the controlled substance's pick up date of 12/24 I was told that the controlled substance could be picked up on 12/23 due to the holiday. I was also told that the Insurance Company would not approve payment for the Letrozole until Sunday 12/15. Sometime Saturday 12/14 the patient received a phone call from a female employee at Walgreen's 5950 Stage Road advising that "due to an insurance company delay" that it would be 12/21 before one of her prescription's could be picked up. Via the drive through window the patient and I attempted to pick up Letrolozle on Monday 12/16 and were told that Walgreens had not received the refill prescription from the Doctor's office & they had no record of my Friday 12/13 attempt to pickup the prescription. I spent at least 30 minutes explaining the above to various Walgreens Pharmacy employees. Eventually Dr. Coach from Walgreen's was speaking to me via the audio box at the Drive Through window. Since it was after 5 PM, Dr. Coach offered 3 Letrozole tablets until the Doctor's Office could be contacted today (12/17) and the refill request could be obtained from the Doctor's Office. Dr. Coach asked me to pull over and he would bring the 3 Letrozole tablets out to us. When he did not know the color or make of the automobile the patient and I were in, I advised that I would wait right there in the Drive Through lane. We received the 3 Letrozole tablets at least 30 minutes after attempting to pick up the entire refill. Once I returned the patient to her home I was able to determine that Walgreen's at 5950 Stage Road had filled a Letrozole prescription for the patient on 6/23/19 for 90 tablets and on 9/21/19 for 60 tablets. By my calculations all of the patient's Letrozole tablets were used by 11/19/19. I called 901-377-0940 and spoke with Dr. Coach to review the Letrozole information on file with Walgreens for this patient. I complained to him that Walgreen's told me on 12/13 that Letrozole could be picked up on 12/15 and the Insurance Company was to blame. I also complained that on 12/16 Walgreen's blamed the Doctor's Office for not sending the refill request for Letrozole. Walgreen's attempted to blame me for the delay in filling the patient's Letrozole prescription by noting that the patient also takes Lexipro. At least 2 Walgreen's Pharmacy employees told me that I probably confused Lexipro with Letrozole. For the record I did not ask for Lexipro on 12/13 or 12/16. The patient last picked up Lexipro (90 tablets) in Nov 2019. Dr. Coach advised that he is not the "regular" Pharmacist for 5950 Stage Road and that he would leave a note for the Pharmacist who is working today beginning at 9 AM to contact the doctor's office 1st thing this AM and then call me to let me know that this issue is resolved. It is now 11:45 AM and I have not received this call. In November 2019 the patient experienced a several day delay in obtaining the Control Substance refill. The hard copy prescription dropped off by me at this Walgreen's on 11/15 was "lost" and magically found after several phone calls and much stress. This inc
