I came in to get a digital passport photo. On the website, it said they give free a digital photo with the physical ones. However, when the employee was filling out the form, he skipped my email. I asked, "Don't I need that(email) for the digital copy?" And he said no.
After I was given the physical copies. I got the receipt through email, no digital copy came. Hours later, I called to ask how long it usually took to receive it. The employee told me I had to ask for digital copies- which I did- and that I had to come in again. He agreed I did ask and acknowledged he assumed I was talking about the receipt. So I drove through stop and go traffic for 30 minutes out of my way to get there again, and no one was at the counter. (No way to ring someone either.) I waited and ended up going to the pharmacy because there was no employee in sight.
Once I got help, it was the same employee, and they didn't even take a new photo, just had me add my email to the form. It could have been done over the phone. Or, better, he could have done that in the first place instead of cutting corners by skipping it in the initial visit.

Racist. My husband was profiled here today for being black. He was only there to purchase our baby some diapers and a few other personal items. The store manager and the cashier was prejudice and racist. We have the money, we have no reason to steal. Watch how you treat others, minorities especially, stereotypes can cost us our life. Stop assuming we all steal because we are black. We will never do business here again, even though we live down the street and it’s convenient to go.

Disappointing experience with the lab. Waited over an hour to be seen after my SCHEDULED appointment time. They said they had technical difficulties but not once checked outside and told us, or put a sign outside to show us a sign of life. Me and others had to KNOCK to get someone to talk to us.

this is a terrible place to order photos. I didn’t get my full order and was put through a run around over what I was due. they literally admitted to throwing away photos that haven’t been picked up by customers yet while giving me a hard time about handing over photos I had already paid for. if I could give this location zero stars, I would.

I was treated poorly just for asking for a printed receipt because it was sent to my email. Cashier rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t help me when the other walgreens always print it right there in that moment. She called her manager and she came out cussing me out saying why didn’t I change it to printed instead of email, I explained to her I needed the receipt to check my total as it was not adding up correctly (and it wasn’t) and didn’t had access to my email right in that moment. She walked away and left me talking. She changed her attitude while talking to another customer of her same race. I walked out after being ignored. Since when is okay to treat people poorly and offend them just for asking for a printed receipt ?

Lab services picks and chooses when they want to be open. That staff needs to be adjusted to people who actually want to work. Closes at 3:30 but they closed before 3 today.

I just purchased some Lundt chocolate from this store and look at it. It was melted and then it hardened leaving the chocolate half in the wrapper.

The second rude black girl who done used the words " what you bought" ,on me. Then said it with an attitude. I would know what one sound like . You are talking to a customer for 1 and I'm speaking to you nicely . What a person got to do in Memphis to get good customer service. Bartlett what y'all doing???I'm new to the rewards and wanted to use the money I had on my rewards. That's it , nothing more nothing less.Also the rude ,round , quite pharmacist is so rude. Like I can't read silence nor listened to silence sweetie. I asked you 3 times because first you didn't speak you looked at me crazy. The second you said it so light. Then 3 you getting mad at me. Crazy. Thank God for miss sunshine who tried to help me but still didn't do anything I asked for. Terrible location. This location used to be so much better. The perfumes, the makeup and more.

This location is horrible for curb side pickup. I placed an order yesterday and it was supposed to be ready at 9:00 am today. I went up to the store at 12:00pm because the app said it is still in progress. The manger said the system was down and the phones were not working that day. As I was leaving the parking lot he canceled the order through text message. I called the store and he picked up... I said, I thought your system was down and the phone was not working. He asked if I though he was lying, I said yes and then he hung up the phone in my face. I started to call back but I just went home.

This Walgreens cannot print photos, everytime I receive an email saying they are ready and go to pick them up they aren't printed. Last time they didn't give them all to me and I had to go back. Don't waste your time here, order them on shutterfly or somewhere else.
