I hate coming to this location it’s so slow and every other week they are hiring someone new who doesn’t know what they are doing. They used to be super fast but now i’m going to have to switch back to the kirby whitten location it like this EVERY DAY around 11am-2pm

Pharmacy will waste your time. Filled out a whole pamphlet for free COVID testing online and set up an appointment and when showed up in person and couldn’t give me a test.

Always be behind someone real old that needs 807,542 medications to keep them alive. Wild. Always be someone built like a hash browns. It's wild. Been in two different lines now. Why bother anymore

I know they are short staff but Lord.... I'm currently waiting 40+ mins for someone to pick up the phone. I'd go inside but there is always a line... They haven't started on a prescription received in the morning. HIRE MORE STAFF PHARMACIST PLEASE!!!!

This has became on of the worst pharmacy in Memphis. The best shift is the night shift they actually care. It one lady with a accent who I don't think is from the USA. SHE IS SO RUDE.. SHE IS ALWAYS RUSHING YOU AND SHE NEVER WANTS TO SAY HER NAME IT ALWAYS WHAT DO YOU NEED .SHE LOUD AND HONESTLY SHE IS GHETTO GO TO THE NIGHT SHIFT THEY ARE SO SWEET AND MOVE FAST

It would be nice if anyone in the pharmacy actually cared about doing their job. I’ve been trying to get the same medication for months, but because no one in this pharmacy will do their job and just wants me to do it for them, I can’t. I’ve told them that I can’t. My insurance company doesn’t recognize me as the pharmacy. They need to do their job on their end. Make it make sense.

Made appointment for COVID vaccine. Arrived early and no communication for quite some time. Told to move to another chair away from the counter while she helped 5 people that came in after me. She did not apologize for delay even though another staff member reminded her I was waiting. She was rude! I will not go back there.

This location pharmacy has to be one of the worst locations. I don’t care if it’s only one other car in line, you will still wait in line for a hour. I swear every time I leave I’m frustrated and mad. Because why does it take so long to hand out medication.
